Their support structure, along with their Association Platform Conference, embody a solid combination for those venturing into Cloud. **What do you dislike about Fonteva eCommerce?** Arguably, some eCommerce functionality today could benefit from more flexibility as it is a managed package, after all. Fortunately, we are now awaiting for what promises to be a long awaited set of improvements in their Fonteva Platform 15.0 offering. Looking forward to testing it for the updated requirements we now have. **What problems is Fonteva eCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Straightforward approach to the Salesforce Ecosystem, powered by a large group of fellow non profit associations, embodying a mature add on that helped us move forward with our move out of traditional on premises infrastructure. ### 2.
