The amount of customisation in Foleon is nearly limitless, after using Foleon for about a year now, I've recieved tons of great feedback from my colleagues on the designs and interactivity on the content me and my team produces. The platform is one of the easiest to use that I've come across too, with a very quick implementation and onboarding period for the rest of my team, and any questions I tend to have is answered almost immediately in the chat support. Foleon is one of my favourite and most frequently used tool at work - it so easy to use and understand/intuitive. This in effect makes it much quicker for me to produce plenty of beautiful, interactive documents people enjoy viewing without feeling overwhelmed with the mass of information that needs to be communicated to the target audience - this is eased with the hotspot and overlay options. There's no need for installation either, which can be a faff at times - you just log in online and go. Whenever there are issues or I struggle to make something work within Foleon, customer support is always on hand to help - they are always very quick to respond. I'd say the biggest benefit for me and my team using Foleon is that it greatly reduces the barriers to creating a digital asset. Before Foleon, anything we needed designing would need to be sent to someone externally. Now, we can create reports, sales collateral, blogs and microsites much easier. I also like how regularly new functionalities are being added to the platform. The customer service has also been great, and the team at Foleon have regular check ins, and their customer support on the platform is also great. It took a bit of time to learn how to use the platform, but we can now create digital assets in a way that looks much more modern and impressive in a much shorter time. The bulk of what we create are research reports, and before Foleon we used pdfs, which have limited functionalities. Now, with Foleon we can showcase our data in a much more interactive way, and we can offer our clients more through the use of imagery, video etc. Foleon also gives us one platform where we can create all types of digital assets, like blogs and sales docs. Regarding not being able to delete columns or text—this behavior typically happens when you're working within the Content Builder (find more info about this in the link below). In this mode, column and element deletion is limited by design to ensure brand consistency and alignment with pre-designed templates. To delete a column, you need to be in the Content Studio, where full design control is available, including deleting columns or individual text elements You may also just need to switch editors—depending on your role and permissions you might have limited editing rights. If you need more editing freedom, you can reach out to one of your account admins so they can assign you a new role. It is easy to make a website. And for me - as a graphic designer - I have many possibilities to design really good microsites, when I can crop my own pictures, before using them in Foleon. I can also make content such as pictures, text, documents etc. as a png and place in the templates. What I like best about Foleon is, the templates we have made in our team - we can pass them on to less qualified colleagues, and they can adjust text and so on. So it gives us many possibilities to make many proposal, newsletter and presentations - very easy.
