**What do you like best about Fluent Support?**

I absolutely love the compact features and affordable pricing of this plugin. Honestly, I doubt anyone can match what they offer in terms of features and budget. It’s incredibly fast and efficient. 

I've been using Fluent Support for a while now, and it has never let me down. They consistently roll out updates that enhance the overall user experience. Their recent addition of OpenAI integration is "top-notch". I'm particularly impressed by the sentiment analysis and summarization tools. 

Overall, this plugin is a powerhouse for boosting team productivity and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Fluent Support?**

I think they may introduce some strong omnichannel capabilities soon. While it’s not a major concern of mine at the moment. But I’m definitely keeping an eye on this feature as I want my customers to be even better supported. 

Additionally, unlike other support solutions, Fluent Support doesn’t currently offer live chat. 

However, with their track record of consistently adding valuable features, I’m hopeful they’ll address this in the future.

**What problems is Fluent Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluent Support has streamlined my overall customer ticket management, allowing me to organize and prioritize queries effectively. The workflow automations are incredibly beneficial for automating the entire support process. I highly recommend their advanced reporting features as I no longer have to worry about tracking performance because they provide a variety of detailed reports. The calendar heatmap is one of my favorite tools, as it helps me synchronize my work by highlighting periods of high and low ticket volume.

Additionally, their AI-powered tools enhance efficiency, assisting with everything from responding to customer tickets to generating activity reports. Overall, Fluent Support is helping me achieve my goal of customer satisfaction while scaling my business.

**What do you like best about Fluent Support?**

I've been a long-time user of Fluent Support and would love to highlight a few features that have significantly improved our Support team.

Managing support requests via email was a challenge, but the Email Piping feature has revolutionized our process. Now, all support emails are automatically directed to our support portal, allowing us to manage everything from a single dashboard with ease.

Our large team and diverse range of products benefit greatly from Fluent Support's workflow automation. It ensures tickets are automatically assigned to the appropriate agents, and when we're out of the office on weekends, it sends automatic replies to customers, keeping them informed.

The latest update introduced an AI feature, which is the best enhancement we've seen so far.

With just a single site license, I'm able to manage multiple sites using the incoming webhook and it allows me to add a few email piping setups. I do not have to pay any extra penny, thanks to Fluent Support.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking the perfect WordPress support plugin.

The live chat feature is not available yet. I asked to their support and they said, it will be added soon.
