**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Deal room customization is extremely easy and intuitive with Flowla. We’ve created a range of templates which are instantly personalised and ready to be shared with prospects when triggered from our CRM. We’ve also created automations to generate meeting notes and business cases after our calls with prospects. This whole process is seamless and saves us a lot of time.

Also, their customer success Delia was a real trusted advisor.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla has streamlined a large part of our administrative work. In no time, we’re able to create hyper-personalised rooms to prospects. We’ve also automated deal room creation, follow ups and meeting transcriptions with prospects. It’s changed our way of working and helped us be more efficient in our sales motions.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

I love how Flowla simplifies the buying journey for our customers. Instead of searching through long email threads, they have one single link for everything videos, decks, and action plans. The 'Mutual Action Plan' feature is especially helpful for keeping both sides aligned and moving forward.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

There isn't much to dislike so far. Since it's a growing platform, I'm looking forward to seeing even more advanced native integrations with niche CRM tools in the future, but the current ones work just fine.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with 'deal fatigue' where prospects got lost in long email chains and multiple attachments. Flowla solves this by consolidating everything into a single, professional link. It has significantly improved our win rates and made the buying process much smoother for our clients.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

I like Flowla's flexibility because it fits multiple use cases. It's easy to create and replicate Flowla rooms for specific industry types on the sales side, and we've built templates for implementations that are configured to each client's needs. The workflows are great, especially the integration with Hubspot that automatically spools up an implementation room when a deal status changes. I also appreciate the outstanding support, as we get excellent help when needed, though the platform is intuitive enough that it's not often required. The initial setup was very easy; we built our first room quickly.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

I can't think of anything that doesn't work well for us. The only improvement I'd cite would probably be building out additional self-help content. That said, if we have a question that we can't find the answer to, we get really quick turnaround on our inquiries.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla manages our sales funnel, handles client onboarding, and boosts customer success. It offers flexibility for specific use cases, seamless Hubspot and Slack integrations, and excellent support, making our processes more intuitive and efficient.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

We love Flowla’s no-code automations. Being able to easily set up workflows that trigger based on buyer behaviour has saved our sales team a huge amount of manual follow-up work. Out of the box, the rooms are polished and prospects love engaging with them. The ability to track engagement has also been game changing. Prospects used to completely gloss over the the pdfs we sent over after meetings, now we can see exactly how long they’ve spent on each individual page to see what content is resonating with them. Super quick setup and the team has been really responsive answering our questions.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

Honestly not much to complain about. Personally I love data so maybe the ability to go even more in depth in the reporting dashboards but the team has told me that this is something that they are working on for upcoming updates.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla gives us one shared space per deal where our prospects can find everything they need. They can go through proposals, decks, case studies all at their own pace. The engagement data tells us which stakeholders are actually looking at what, so our AEs can prioritise the right follow-ups and spot deals that are going cold. The automations remove a substantial part of our administrative tasks. So overall all these features help shorten our sales cycle.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

The stakeholder engagement analytics inside Flowla are a goldmine for my team! We can see exactly which content a prospect spends the most time on, what resonates with them, which titles and personas are typically involved in during sales, and how the process takes shape. All this helps us refine our messaging, target the correct people in our marketing efforts, build a process that fits the buyer expectations, and be a lot more intentional in our marketing & sales.

Another huge win is around content governance. We’ve built repeatable room templates to ensure every rep is using the latest & most relevant materials and no more outdated decks and information is making its way to a prospect.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

The analytics are fantastic within the platform, but I'd love to pull Flowla engagement scores directly into a lead's profile for marketing automation somehow.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s giving us valuable granular data into buyer behavior and all of the stakeholders which we’re not able to gather from any other platform or system. 

It also enforces a structure on the sales process itself, ensuring consistency. Everyone is sending the most updated, recent, relevant materials at the right time in the sales process. This creates a much more professional and cohesive buying experience for our customers. It allows for a much tighter alignment between sales and marketing, increasing efficiency.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

I love Flowla for its seamless integration capabilities, making it incredibly easy to incorporate into existing workflows with tools like Slack and Fireflies. The simplicity and intuitiveness of the UI/UX are standout features for me, as they ensure a smooth and efficient user experience. I highly appreciate the customer success provided by Flowla, as it significantly contributes to improved sales efficiency and productivity within my team. Additionally, the automatic transfer of meeting notes to the deal room from services like Fireflies helps save a tremendous amount of time, while the standardized templates ensure our sales team remains organized and consistent with our brand messaging. I find that the setup of Flowla was extremely easy, adding to its appeal as a more advanced and superior alternative to products we’ve used before, such as Journey. Because of these factors, I confidently rate my likelihood to recommend Flowla as a 10 out of 10.

I would prefer if Flowla could automatically create deal rooms at the account level based on accounts in Pipedrive but I know the team is working on it!

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

I switched to Flowla after using another digital sales room solution. I must say both in terms of UI, how you’re able to organize and present content, as well as robustness of functionality and depth of its integrations, I found Flowla to cuts above and far more advanced. 

It looks much better and much more professional, and it allows us to take really good care of our current and potential future customers. It’s a much better way to run sales rather than relying on lengthy email threads and back and forth convos with our buyers , which can get out of hand very quickly. We have also had excellent feedback from clients on how easy it is to find any document they’re looking for inside the room.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

There is nothing we dislike, our experience so far has been great!

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s allowing me to put every document and resource into one room, offering my buyers a much more convenient and neat process. It’s solving fragmented communication and document sharing problems. When our sales process used to run on email threads, that led to losing track of necessary documents (both on our end and the buyers' end), which was a challenging. Now, everything is accessible and easy to find for everyone. It definitely improved the sales experience and saves us time by preventing back-and-forth communication.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla to me goes way beyond and does so much more than just a digital sales room. It’s an incredibly powerful engine for revops leaders that ensures standardization and automation in sales and onboarding for repeated, predictable success across the org.

What I like best is being able to ensure my sales team is sticking to my playbook with the help of templates & automations Flowla offers. I plan out how our post demo process should look like, which materials are going to be sent in each situation, what the business case outline will be like, and set everything up on Flowla , and multiple reps will be following the exact same process and executing in the exact same cadence within an hour. 

Nobody improvises or goes off on their own, which means I can then optimize the process and ensure every team member is performing to the same standard. It’s very very powerful and is especially useful for larger enterprises.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

The team is quite attentive to feedback and they move really fast in improving and fixing things. I don’t have much to mention.

It’s helping team leaders like me to set certain standards and playbooks for sales and onboarding processes, and enforce those cadences to make sure everybody is moving and executing the same way. It’s beneficial because it makes success repeatable and predictable.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla’s rooms are much more than a space to consolidate things. They literally grow and evolve as the deal moves and evolves. Our initial deck, proposal, and contract all live in a single URL for the clients, and as the deal closes onboarding tasks and next steps start unlocking. Being able to handle the entire lifecycle of the deal in a single space is super convenient and makes handoffs a breeze for both sales and CS team. Buyers never ask us “Where’s that doc?” and our implementation team knows exactly when to jump in because the automated workflows added them and nudged them automatically.

We’re very happy with the way everything works.

I’ve used Flowla in a few different organizations now, and it’s always made a huge difference in terms of speeding up deals & post sale actions, as well as reducing the manual ‘project management’ work that falls on internal teams as they’re working with clients on long-winded processes.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla has completely transformed the way I manage onboarding and client communication and took a major weight off my shoulders. I used to spend way too much time manually pulling resources for each client, copying and pasting things, it was a huge time commitment that was distracting me from more high value work.

Now I’m able have all the key information organized and accessible in one place for clients, so they don’t need to depend on me to move forward with the process, and I don’t stress thinking that I’m stalling any project.

The biggest plus though is that fact that the Flowla room management process itself is fully automated. With workflows and other automations, I’m able to automate most of the deal room related tasks, CRM syncing, creating the rooms, nudging clients. It’s incredibly incredibly powerful.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. There’s always room for improvement in automation and customization that they’re working hard on but Flowla already goes way beyond solving the core pain points we had.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Flowla our process was rather static. We were using a PDF as an onboarding roadmap, we had no dynamic & automated emails, so there was a lot of copying and pasting and manually going in and editing which was really time consuming for me to get all the information over and over every single time for every stakeholder I had to onboard.

Flowla has given me my time back to focus on other critical aspects of my work and worry less. Being able to automate these things is extremely empowering - it should be on every CSM’s toolkit.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Flowla’s helping me provide a much more polished and organized buying experience to our clients, but I particularly like their automated functionalities which is something other digital sales rooms seem to not have. Like automated deal room creation, where a trigger from my CRM automatically builds the the deal room, and it comes pre populated and personalized with my prospect’s and their company’s details. It’s a huge convenience and a time save for us. The AI features they’ve recently launched also seem interesting.

Not much yet. They've ben cranking out updates that make the pro9duct much more AI first.

Flowla is helping us manage the sales process a lot more easily and effectively with its smart deal rooms. How they managed to automate the deal room creation, management, and CRM sync is saving our team a ton of time and effort, and we’re able to just focus on our clients while Flowla handles the tedious stuff.

The new AI agents they rolled out with Flowla 2.0, particularly the email composing agent. The minute my call transcript hits the system, it drafts a follow up with references to my prospect’s pain points, what we’ve discussed during the call, next steps . It lands in a queue to be reviewed where I can change things if I want to and then send it with a click. I easily save around  thirty minutes per call. It’s a big big help.

There are a couple more integrations I would love them to consider in the long term!

It’s helping me streamline and automate my post call follow ups and save a ton of time with automated workflows. The outputs of the AI agent are super high quality, so I’m able to follow up with prospects in a very personalized way, which is a nice touch adn goes a long way.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

Engagement analytics and how our clients are able to interact throughout the journey. Flowla has the most detailed and useful analytics & insights out of all client portals, which is a major decision criteria for us. To be able to see where we stand with each client and how our team is performing at any given time in RevOps, so it’s making our life a lot easier.

Another standout feature is the Gantt chart view on project plans. Makes its very easy to clearly outline the process timeline to our customers for better communication.

And finally, we’ve recently started implementing workflows and autopilot, which not only will be a major time saver for us, but it’ll also ensure consistent execution across our team. 

Overall, we’re very happy with Flowla and their team was able to support us throughout the whole process.

Nothing to really mention here. From pre-sales and up until now we are having great results.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

We’ve evaluated a handful of digital sales rooms in great detail before landing on Flowla. Out of all the platforms we've tried, Flowla is by far the most well-structured, well-communicated tool. It is the best-looking one, with a UI that guides our clients through the process step-by-step, unlike the ‘microsite’ layout of other tools, which can be confusing. It is also very robust and packed with powerful features to automate the sales process every step of the way. Our team is very happy with it, and I’m particularly excited about the automated workflows they have.

t’s helping us walk our enterprise clients through the sales process a lot faster and a lot smoother. They have the most intuitive navigation, which is a huge plus, even for the most non-tech-savvy clients. The automated workflows, on the other hand, is a big help for our team as they get more done in less time, and automate their busywork. We love having a single location our clients can go to to review information from our meetings. The ability to see what is being viewed and how it is being shared among our client's internal teams is really insightful.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

We’ve started to use Flowla for our team’s post-demo follow ups, and we’ve really been liking how it automates the whole process. It automatically creates detailed follow up notes from call transcripts, adds the notes to a deal room alongside other materials and resources for the customer, and even generates the email that will be sent with the room link through AI agents. Everthing is handled in less than 5 minutes, which saves the team a lot of time and effort. And we’ve found that  it’s pretty effective in keeping prospects engaged and warm after the call, and reduces ghosting.

It’s making the post-demo process a lot more seamless and streamlined, with less manual labor for our internal team. And for clients, we’re able to provide a great post-call experience that wows them from day 1, and minimizes ghosting.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

I love Autopilot feature and mutual action plans the most. Our onboarding process is task-heavy and requires a lot of collaboration with clients so Flowla’s onboarding rooms are the perfect fit.

Mutual action plans are super flexible and hold many types of materials and tasks inside, where our clients can take action very easily without leaving the room.

And the automated workflow feature allows our team to run the onboarding process super smoothly and keep everybody on track and sticking to the deadlines. We’ve set up automated reminders to ensure that nothing is delayed or forgotten.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

Our onboarding for new clients is quite extensive so working out the kinks in the beginning was a bit difficult. That being said, the Flowla team was there to help every step of the way and even changed a few things to fit out use case.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the nature of the work we do, it was critical for us to wrap up the onboarding process in 30 days or less. Flowla is allowing us to speed up the onboarding by keeping our customers on track, so we’re able to hit our deadlines. And everything is designed in a way that fits the onboarding processes’ needs perfectly.

**What do you like best about Flowla?**

As Head of CS I want to know where we stand with each client and each onboarding process at all times, and the insights & data points that Flowla provides are unlike anything we’ve seen with any other tool. Their reports are far more superior to alternatives, and extremely granular. I can see more clearly where the processes are stalling the most often, where our clients are getting stuck, which team members are outperforming and why. This allows me to know where we need to improve our onboarding & implementation processes, then act on it, which is extremely powerful and valuable for a team leader.

We’ven struggled with the Intercom help articles not being detailed enough, but they seem to have fixed it at present.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its providing clarity into our CS operations and workflows. know where we are with everyone, what’s completed, what’s pending etc. without having to ask my team. This level of transparency is a big relief for me. I’m also able to recognize the points of friction in my processes and make the necessary changes, so we have higher client engagement and satisfaction.

As a Customer Success Manager, I’m pretty impressed with the automated handoffs and how seamless it makes the whole process. When an opportunity is closed won on the CRM, it triggers a Flowla workflow, and the handoff agent builds a complete handoff summary with that particular client’s goals, their entire tech stack, contacts, everything - then it attaches it to the onboarding section of the deal room and unlocks it. Then it notifies the CS Slack channel. A process that’s usually cumbersome becomes super easy for CS as well as sales teams, and customers love the smooth transition and being able to continue using the same link that they’ve had for the sales process. It’s a win for everyone.

I really appreciate how intentionally built Flowla feels when you’re using it. It’s very well thought-out for implementation use case. Everything I need to be able to run a process with a new client, I’m able to do. Mutual action plans, embedding materials right inside task items, special workflows to nudge clients when they’re behind on something or have been inactive for some time, kanban board view for projects. Our team uses it for different purposes, but for me and specifically for the implementation use case, it’s become my right hand tool.

I’ve played around with the custom agent building feature a little bit, I feel like it could be a bit more advanced, but I guess they’re still improving things on that side. This was just me exploring out of curiosity, nothing that’s blocking my workflow.

What I like the most about Flowla is its flexibility to accommodate different client-facing processes. We’re able to customize flow structure in great detail, hide, lock, unlock steps and stages depending on where a client sits in the process.

We also utilize the custom forms quite a bit to collect information from clients in various formats, like text, multiple choice  or even table forms.

This is not really a dislike but one thing it’s missing I feel is being able to integrate Flowla with our product so the onboarding experience is more fluid for our clients. If that were to be possible, it’d be a 10 out of 10 for us.

Time to value is a top concern for every founder, and we were having trouble ensuring that our users are onboarded as well as we’d liked. Adding flows to our post-sales process has been a game changer for us as it’s not only a very special and memorable welcome to our customers, helping our brand image, but it also engages them and urges them to understand our platform on a deeper level, and start getting more value out of it, more quickly. It’s wonderful!

I find Flowla to be an indispensable asset in ensuring our team's alignment and efficiency. Whether it's the most up to date sales decks, promotional materials, success stories, or testimonial videos, Flowla streamlines the process of distributing and sharing those materials and, it’s eliminating the hassle of version control.

Being able to create templates is another great asset in aligning everyone so there’s consistency in our processes and actions. It’s a great, multifaceted tool that is beneficial for all teams in different ways.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

It’s super efficient and does everything we need from it, so no complaints!

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla is serving as a centralized repository for all the assets that we produce and share with our team. Its biggest benefit for me as a marketer is streamlining the process of content sharing and distribution with others, reducing the risk of discrepancies and ensuring consistency across the board.

Our team members can quickly access the resources they need without having to search for them, or rely on outdated files, so the clients always receive the most accurate assets.

This consistency also extends to actions, as our teams have flow templates that they copy and use, so I’d say it’s been great for efficiency and cohesion for us.

Flowla is a very versatile platform, and I particularly like its project management capabilities. The way it’s built and the interface enables our team to navigate even the most complex processes with precision and agility.

The flexibility in flows allow us to modify our processes’ structure to suit the needs of each endeavor, making it very versatile overall.

And the setup and getting started was fairly quick, as we started utilizing it within a day, which was a huge bonus. I recommend it for all teams to give it a try for their long or complex processes. It’s worth it.

**What do you dislike about Flowla?**

A more holistic view of the timelines of different actions that are moving in sync would be a lot more beneficial for me. That would be the only thing.

**What problems is Flowla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowla enhances productivity, collaboration, and accountability for our team especially in long-winded projects.

It’s great for tackling inefficiencies, disjointed workflows and scattered data that normally tends to slow down our actions. Instead, we have everything related to a process kept in one place with a built-in progress and task tracker.

It truly equipped us with what we needed to streamline project execution and drive excellent results.

What I like best about Flowla is how it makes it so easy to collaborate with clients. We offer a variety of consultancy services to our accounts, which are all very long winded processes. Flowla helps us navigate those gracefully. The entire process is laid out for our clients, so they know what’s going on, what to expect, and what they need to do. It gives them a sense of comfort, and makes it a very efficient and productive experience for them. We are able to build trust and create strong relationships with our customers thanks to Flowla.

How it turns our multi-step sales process into a neat, clean, easy-to-follow journey for buyers. As well as the detailed insights feature.Flowla’s reports provide the type of information that’s hard to receive from any other sales tool right now like who’s engaging with our materials and how long. So I think not only is it indispensable for creating a structured sales process that helps you close more deals, but it’s also very valuable to understand your prospects and pipeline better.

I believe it’s literally the second tool any revenue team should get after setting up their CRM.

Nothing! We’re extremely pleased with the experience.

It’s making the sales process a lot straightforward and easy to navigate for everyone, resulting in more closed won deals for us. We’re a lot less frustrated, and more intelligent on what works and what doesn’t in our process, who do we need to connect with, what do our buyers like etc. It provides unprecedented information and ease. And it integrates with our CRM which is wonderful.
