The team at flowingly were very helpful at adding new features and teaching us how to use the system. It is also a nice system to use. The form building and workflow building aspects are very easy to use, and easy to teach other people. It can at times be confusing for the users in some aspects of the interface, not a lot. The main thing I noticed, the landing page is a little cluttered. And when you want to completely cancel a form, the button is quite hard to see (probably not a common action, or something you would want to do on accident).
