**What do you like best about Flowforce?**

FlowForce has been a huge productivity boost for me. I like how it combines CRM, outreach automation, lead enrichment, and AI-powered insights in one place. Features like automated follow-ups, meeting summaries, and pipeline tracking help me stay organized without spending time on manual admin work. It's easy to use, saves time, and makes managing leads and opportunities much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Flowforce?**

The main challenge was getting familiar with the platform's workflow at first. The system itself isn't difficult to use, but understanding the flow of certain processes takes a little time. I expect this will become easier with continued use and future improvements to the user experience.

**What problems is Flowforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FlowForce helps reduce the time spent on manual tracking and administrative work by centralizing lead management and automating key workflows. This allows me to focus more on engaging with prospects and less on repetitive tasks. The result is better organization, improved efficiency, and a clearer view of ongoing opportunities.

**What do you like best about Flowforce?**

I mainly use Flowforce for managing sales pipelines, automating follow-ups, and reducing manual admin work. It helps me keep leads organized and saves a lot of time through AI-driven automation. What stands out most to me is the AI automation and how easy the platform is to use. The follow-up automation saves a lot of manual work, the pipeline stays organized, and the clean interface makes daily sales management much smoother. I also like that the team keeps improving the platform with regular updates and new features. The initial setup was smooth, the interface is intuitive, so the team adapted quickly, and the automation tools were easy to configure. We were able to get workflows running without spending a lot of time on training or complicated onboarding. Flowforce made the workflow much more streamlined. The automation, organization, and ease of use made it a better fit for managing sales activities and follow-ups.

Honestly, nothing it delivered all I wanted it to do.
