The team really care about finding the freelancers for my business, and all freelancers from Floc have been amazing.

**What do you dislike about Floc?**

Freelancers from Floc, from my experience, aren't ideal when it comes to wanting to convert them to full time employee.

**What problems is Floc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding freelancers in creative / ads sphere, help my business become a lot more flexible.
