**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I use this platform to manage traffic within a creative agency. I particularly appreciate the speed with which I can adjust the mapping of projects for talents, as well as the ease of adding new projects. The shortcuts are also very practical and save me time.

The reporting function is another asset: it allows me to easily access the necessary data to properly inform the team, make forecasts, and conduct analyses.

I use the platform daily, often several times a day.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

The only thing I think about is that it is not used in the same way by everyone at LG2 and it is not connected to our time management platform.

I know we are looking to change how we will use Float in 2026, stay tuned!

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A real view of my team's talent bandwidth, easy to adjust, it becomes my source of truth and the tool I use to lead all assignment discussions and decisions.

  ### 14. Simple, Beautiful Scheduling—But Extra Features Feel Unnecessary

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I run a design agency. 2 things are important to me 1) Simplicity - Float is simple to use. 2) Aesthetics - If i'm to use a tool daily then it has to be attractive and Float is one of the better tools that satisfies this niche requirement.

I like how much the focus is purely on just resourcing my team.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I'm not a big fan of time tracking nor the recently released budgeting features. Neither are useful in my use case as I use dedicated task management tools (Basecamp, Harvest) that are far better at managing this than Float. Float should focus more on resourcing and scheduling because that's what brought me to the platform and what it's good for. I understand tools like Float need to evolve but at the same time stick to what you're good at because there are other tools in other areas that often do better jobs. There's a reason why tools such as Clickup or Monday are disliked so much - it's because they're bloated trying to focus on too many things it becomes unusable. I'd suggest focussing more on integrations with other tools to expand Float's usefulness into those other areas.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to resource my team in a quick and easy fashion, it also facilitates others to do the same for individual teams.

  ### 15. Intuitive Resource Management, but Reporting Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

What I like best about Float is how intuitive and easy to use it is. The interface is clean and well designed, making it simple to plan, allocate, and adjust resources without needing much training or setup time. Implementation was straightforward, and it integrated smoothly with our existing tools, which helped us get up and running quickly. I also appreciate the range of features available, from capacity planning to time tracking, which give a clear, real-time view of team workload and project timelines. Overall, Float strikes a great balance between functionality and usability, making it a reliable tool for managing resources efficiently. The fact there is an API is a bonus.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

One aspect I find frustrating about Float is that the reporting features can be somewhat complex to navigate, and the results for hours tracked are not always entirely accurate. This often means I have to spend additional time adjusting or double-checking the data, which makes the reporting process less seamless compared to the rest of the platform.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps us solve several key challenges around project management, resource planning, and time tracking. It gives us a clear view of who is working on what and when, making scheduling across multiple projects and teams much easier. By centralising capacity and workload information, it helps ensure that people aren’t overbooked and that projects stay on track. The built-in time tracking also makes it simpler to compare planned versus actual hours, improving our forecasting and overall efficiency. Overall, Float has streamlined how we manage people, projects, and time, giving us better visibility and control over our resources.

  ### 16. Outstanding Resource Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Our team uses Float multiple times a day and gives everyone clear direction on what its happening now, in the future and the past. Easy to onboard team members and integrates with Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

There are no "Project Management" features, so you'll need to use Float alongside another PM tool like Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Trello etc. However this does make it easier to onboard teams already using these tools.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float allows us plan ahead and avoid situations where we've got work to do but nobody available to do it.

  ### 17. Schedule & Project Plan Page Makes Planning 50+ Employees Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The schedule and project plan page, which we use to plan over 50 employees

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

it's hard to link logged time to tasks in our issue-tracking tool. So employees need to add that manually as comments.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to plan all our projects and employees for the next month/year. So it replaced an old excel-sheet and our timelog-tool at once.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhruval V. | Student Research Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float is super easy to use and didn’t take long to get the team onboard. The interface is clean and makes scheduling feel almost effortless—just drag, drop, and you’re done. We use it daily to plan out work and manage capacity across projects. It integrates nicely with Google Calendar, which helps keep everything in sync without extra effort. I also found their customer support to be responsive the one time we needed help.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I wish the reporting features were a bit more detailed in the basic plan. Sometimes I have to export data just to get a clear picture of workload trends. The mobile version also feels a bit clunky—fine for checking things, but not ideal for making updates.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps us solve the constant challenge of managing team availability and project timelines without the chaos of spreadsheets. It gives a clear view of who’s doing what and when, which makes planning smoother and avoids overbooking people. the graphical interface and ease of use. Being able to see everyone's schedule on one screen is awesome

Being able to schedule project tasks across our services team

Float was easy to use, it was easy to add projects to the platform and schedule to people.

When you had multiple users assigned to a task, if you needed to make an amendments to the booking for one user it would move the entire booking for everyone. It would be good if you could make the change for one or all users.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was good to see what team members have capacity and when project phases are coming to an end so you could ensure the team wouldn't be over scheduled and projects don't clash with one another.

  ### 26. Float is a super useful tool for project management and time tracking across the board

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Being able to divvy up time and reflect dedicated project time in people's calendars to better represent what their day looks like. I find myself checking Float often to see who has space to help me if I have too much on my plate, and vice versa.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I'm not sure what the pricing structure is like at Float, but I've used alternate applications that were much cheaper that do similar work, plus unlike Asana it doesn't seem like there's a lot of user control if you aren't a manager applying time to someone's schedule. It feels like something that could integrate really well into other apps, like Asana, or the other way around Float has their own task tracking, that could be part of the overall time marker for project completion.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking big time. Other apps like float or google calendar often feel like there's too much going on to actually allocate time to people's schedules, without being able to see or know when folks are "in the red."

That group admin needs to be made transparent so we can contact them easily

Able to see colleague's daily capacity and manage my time if i need something from them. Whether they're busy or not. I can plan accordingly. also see when they're off.

Autologging can be annoying

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float handles hour allocations and helps reconcile how long tasks take leading to better personnel scheduling. Also handles PTO requests and scheduling to make sure we have coverage on key projects.

  ### 29. Essential tool for managing resources across all our projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float has become an indispensable part of our daily workflow. We use it in all our projects to plan and allocate resources efficiently across the entire team. It’s extremely user-friendly, visually clear, and helps us avoid overbooking or scheduling conflicts. The drag-and-drop interface makes updates quick, and the ability to forecast availability has significantly improved our planning accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Although Float is a great platform overall, it would be even better if it offered more advanced reporting features and analytics dashboards natively, without needing third-party integrations. Also, it sometimes takes a bit longer to load when managing multiple teams or large-scale project portfolios.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps us gain full visibility over team capacity and resource allocation across all our projects. It solves key issues like overbooking, unclear workloads, and scheduling conflicts. By using Float, we’ve streamlined our planning process, improved collaboration between departments, and can now forecast future resource needs with confidence. It’s made our operations more efficient and our project delivery more predictable.

  ### 30. This application is very useful as it helps me to keep a track of my work and its easily noticeable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

"I like using Float because it's very easy to use and helps me track all my work efficiently. It gives me a clear view of how tasks are divided and what I’ve completed. I also find it really helpful to look back and see exactly what was done, when it was done, and how much work was involved. Adding entries is smooth and straightforward, which makes planning and updating tasks quick and hassle-free."

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I've been using Float for the past few months, and it has had a truly positive impact on the way I manage my work. From the start, the interface was intuitive and easy to navigate, which made getting started quick and stress-free. One of the most impressive aspects of this app is how effectively it helps me stay organized and focused.

The ability to track tasks, set deadlines, and collaborate with team members has significantly improved my productivity. I can easily see what needs to be done, when it’s due, and who’s responsible for what. This has eliminated a lot of confusion and helped our team stay aligned.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to track all my work with propern infomation and knowledge

  ### 31. Easy to Use and Well-Priced, Though the AI Can Feel a Bit Robotic

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

its pretty easy to use. the performance is pretty good. its reasonably priced as far as i can tell. the onboarding and integrations are intuitive. the ai features can be annoying at times.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

the ai can make the site a bit robotic and unnatural feeling

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i find that it has helped me and my team keep track of our work fairly well

  ### 32. Great for Team Organisation, but Reporting and Rate Cards Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It has helped me and my team stay much more organised, making it easier to keep track of our work and coordinate day to day.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

The reporting function feels pretty weak. I’d also like to have rate cards associated with roles, along with some SmartSheet functionality.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage our creative resources while improving our workflows and budgeting.

**Official Response from Alexandria Petigna:**

> Hi there, thanks for the valuable feedback. It’s always good for us to understand where people are having trouble. I wanted to plug an exciting update coming soon that may make your reporting a little easier. We’ll soon be releasing two dedicated Dashboards to better surface and summarize delivery indicators for both finance-related data (think revenue, costs) and, later, operations data (think utilization, supply vs. demand). In terms of rate cards, we're actively starting to scope them today, so keep your eyes peeled for updates in that space as well. In the meantime, I would recommend you set up rates at the role level if you haven't already. Here's some information on how to do that: https://support.float.com/en/articles/9100532-rates#h_2be960635e

  ### 33. Effortless Workflow with Intuitive Design and Seamless Outlook Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishit C. | External Auditor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

This tool is easy to use, and the colour coding feature is especially helpful. Integration with Outlook is very smooth, making it convenient for our workflow. We use it quite often within our organisation.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Deleting the tiles can sometimes be annoying and a lack of an undo button.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see what everyone is working on and assisting with scheduling is very helpful.

  ### 34. Using Float to log your time and see the distribution of team members across projects.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I really like the Schedule view as it allows me to have a look over my team's current state. I get to see who is assigned to each project, for how long, and when they are out of office (PTO, sick leaves...).

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I use Float mainly to log time in the projects I'm assigned. I think that the logging experience could be improved: most of the times, I log the same time at the same project for a long period of time. Instead of having to manually entry each day, it would be nice to log a whole week or at least just one click into a day and automatically log the entire day without having to select the project details and hours all over again.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us the see who is assigned to each project, having a overall view of team allocation and days off. This streamlines the billing process to our clients, as we have all the billable hours logged on Float.

  ### 35. Effortless Time Logging, Room for Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kaustubh B.

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I find Float very easy to use for logging my daily work hours. It's straightforward, saving me time as things like projects and tasks are already set up, so I just log the hours. There are no complaints about the service, and I appreciate its role in helping with accounting and salary processing.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I wish there was a feature that allowed me to add projects myself, instead of relying on my manager to assign them. Often, my manager doesn't keep track of the extra work I'm doing, and I'm unable to log time for those unassigned projects. This requires unnecessary back-and-forth communication with my manager, who is also busy, to get new tasks added to Float. If I could assign and log tasks myself, it would streamline the process significantly and ensure that all my work hours are accurately tracked.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Float to log my daily work hours, ensuring accurate records for salary and accounting purposes.

  ### 36. Easy to Use and Edit, with Few Downsides

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

How it is to use and how I can make changes easily

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I don't see many downsides everything is good

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its helping scheduling flow easier

  ### 37. Great for Planning Ahead, But UI Needs Clarity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savannah K. | Junior Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It's a great tool to be able to see what I'll be doing for the upcoming weeks. Without it I might not have as clear of an idea of what i was doing.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

The first time I used it, I didn't realize I needed to scroll down to see my name. I think the UI could be clearer.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing what I'll be doing in the future and tracking my hours.

  ### 38. Effortless Scheduling and Team Coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana B. | Environmental Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

t is very easy to use, making it simple to organise schedules and see which projects other team members are allocated to

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I would like to be able to see what has been deleted from my float. My manager often adjusts project dates, and it would be helpful to track what changes were made and when items were deleted.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

loat.com helps streamline project scheduling and resource allocation. It provides a clear overview of workloads, upcoming tasks, and team availability, which makes planning more efficient and reduces the risk of overbooking.

  ### 39. New User of Float for Team Schedulinjg

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float is a great way to see the expected time allocation of our team for each of the projects. As a project manager I am able to see how much each consultant is expected to contribute to each project as well as any time off.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Maybe not a specific float problem, but somethings are tied to other systems currently in use. For example the specific projects for the team have to currently be hand entered into Float. There is integration work being done to make this better but for now we do have some duplication of effort with other systems.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem of allocating our resources in an easy to see and share way. Float allows each user to essentially publish their expected work effort against each project in the 2-4 week window to assist with availability and planning of the team against required project work.

  ### 40. User-Friendly with Great Features, But Reporting Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott D. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Easy to use
Good viewing options to see the whole company
Many features to use
The links for client specific projects
Changes can be made by more than one person at the same time

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Could use better reporting tools to see capacity, billability, and utilization

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all resources utilized without going over capacity. Able to pre-plan projects and view the company as a whole in order to make changes

  ### 41. Intuitive and beautiful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annelle S. | Director of Creative Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I love how intuitive Float is to use. The UI is beautiful, and making edits is insanely easy.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

There's not much I dislike. I do wish that I knew more about everything that it can do!

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resourcing is an absolute art. This tool allows me to make updates super quickly, as they happen. It turns data into a visual that is easy for my whole team to understand.

  ### 42. Float is a lifesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen P. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Float helps us with the utilisation, i have a team of 80 Analyst and it helps me track their UTL. Also, the dashboard is very advanced and user-friendly, moreover Float is a one stop shop for workforce planning, task distribution etc, also the Float customer support is awesome, they have chatbots which 90% solve the problems I have, however if the resolution is not achieved, the customer support is more than helpful, specially Justyna

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Although there has been massive improvement on this then before sometimes float is laggy, I would say 1 in 10 times I use it but this is not a deal breaker as we refresh and it works perfectly fine there after

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly Resourcing is done very easily as we can track the capacity of the users and assign them work as per their capacity, also as stated earlier we can easily track UTL also track if we are overspending/underspending on projects

  ### 43. Float creates transparency across our org through a user friendly experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brigitte L. | Global Head of Data Intelligence and Business Governance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I love that Float does exactly what it promises—helping our organisation stay on top of scheduling and resourcing. It’s incredibly useful and delivers an excellent user experience. The robust API and well-documented integration options make it easy to connect with our suite of tools.

We use Float multiple times a day, and the support has been exceptional. Any questions we’ve had were answered quickly and effectively. Implementation was a breeze—from hooking it up to SSO to launching it with the team, where everyone adopted it with zero issues.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

At this stage, we haven’t encountered any significant downsides. Float delivers exactly what we need for scheduling and resourcing. Of course, like any tool, there’s always room to grow as our needs evolve, but so far it’s been smooth sailing. We are excited to see what they release next.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float provides a central place to plan our resources across teams and projects, giving us much-needed transparency. As a global business, this visibility is key to keeping everyone aligned.

We use the built-in reports for day-to-day oversight and leverage the API to pull data into external reports, where we combine it with other business data for deeper insights.

Float’s user-friendly interface has also solved a major pain point for us - getting timesheets completed. Adoption was quick and painless compared to our previous tool.

Lastly, it’s a cost-effective solution that delivers real value without unnecessary complexity.

  ### 44. Simple and Clear UI, But Time Display Needs Fixing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam J. | 3d graphics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

The app stands out for its simplicity of use and the visual clarity of its user interface. Navigating through the features feels straightforward, and the clean design makes it easy to find what I need.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

There is a discrepancy in the time displayed between the PC and the mobile app. On the PC, the time shows as 8:30, which is eight and a half hours, but on the mobile app, it appears as 8:50. This inconsistency can be confusing.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to create visual reports that help me clearly see where I spend the most time and where I have some extra time available.

  ### 45. Clunky Time-Off Workflow and Holiday Overtime Limitations

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam . | software developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It displays working time pretty easily and is fairly intuitive

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Adding time off is not a smooth workflow, I cant add overtime if a holiday has been planned and i have actually worked on that day. It feels clunky

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None really, its a necessity I have to use because the company dictates

**Official Response from Alexandria Petigna:**

> Hi Adam, we appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that time off isn’t working as you’d hoped. There is usually an option to override the holiday and still add to your hours to the schedule or your logged time, even on a typical non-workday. If you click on the grayed-out section, it should let you add them. I wonder if it might be related to your permissions or account type. I’ve attached an article below that explains a bit more about how the scheduling works (it generally works the same from “log time”, too). Thanks again. If you have any more trouble, you can chat with us in-app or email us at support@float.com.

  ### 46. Color-Coded Job Tracking Makes Float Incredibly Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aislin H. | Creative Production Cooridnator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I love the use of colour coding jobs within float. It makes it super easy to keep track of jobs with an editor and how much time we've spent on the job. The allocation status is also a really handy tool to keep jobs on track.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Sometimes the allocation status can be a bit tricky to remove from a past job, if it pops back up. Other than that very happy with float

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reports section is always handy as we can pull hours spent on jobs! I think float recently resolved this which has been a big help with tracking jobs

  ### 47. Clear and Helpful Task Management at a Glance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It provides a clear and helpful view of tasks and schedules, and has more complex features that make viewing team workload and project progress easy.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I use float as an individual worker, and overseer of schedules within my team, not as an admin/project manager, so my experience is relatively simple. I need to see my own and other's schedules within my org unit, and that is always simple and easy.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float helps me with greater visibility of my work tasks within the context of my broader team. It also helps me see the schedules and tasks on others' plates within my unit.

  ### 48. Great Filtering Options, But Needs Easier Single-Day Availability View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily S. | Producer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

I like the ways that you can filter by client, role, and person

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

I wish I could select just one day to review someone's availability more easily. Instead it asks if I want to add a milestone which is not helpful. At least for me.

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float is helping me see at a bird's eye view what my team has on their plate

  ### 49. Easy to use, accelerates resource planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven B. | Delivery Resource Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

Simple, clean, bold UI which is super easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Lack of a 'global amend' - has the functionality for repeat bookings and to link scheduling - ability to select / amend all bookings for one person would be a game-changer for me!

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of 150+ professional services consultants, tagging their specific skills. The search / filter function is top notch.

  ### 50. Intuitive and Customizable, But Project Setup Could Be Faster

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan M. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Float.com?**

It’s usability, being able to colour code and characterise all of our jobs

**What do you dislike about Float.com?**

Only minor however I feel creation of projects could be an quicker, like a quick setup from a template rather than having to respond to each query

**What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Float is so easy and makes everything so clear for the schedule ahead. Also looks clean and presents well
