Flo for zero leakages **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** John P. | Mechanical engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021 **What do you like best about Flo?** It sends an alert when there is a water leakage or even when the temperature drops or rises beyond the normal temperature The user interface is easy to understand I really like the away mode which automatically turns on the auto-shutoff protection. You can add multiple buildings on the same application It provides you with turtorials if you are new to the product **What do you dislike about Flo?** I have found nothing bad about this product except that the subscription is a little expensive **Recommendations to others considering Flo:** This software is really great it does what it is supposed to be doing I really recommend it if you are in a place where pipes need to be checked regularly **What problems is Flo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used flo to control water leakages in water cooling systems and also monitor water temperature. It has helped to cut some cost because we would notice any water leakages or temperature changes which would lead to bigger problems if not noticed on time ### 2. More so because of this flexibility, we can use the very long cables that come with leak sensors to make sure we reach every area. The application can be used on mobile which is a feature I have found to be very useful because it gives so much convenience to monitor leakages from any location and it is also compatible with all the operating systems and it can be downloaded from either google play or apple store. I have also liked how easy it is to implement by placing the sensors in places that require monitoring and after that use the app to pair that means we did not even require vendor assistance or any third-party expertise which was a big upside because it saved us a lost of costs. **What do you dislike about Flo?** The interface of the application is not that smooth and it is very daunting at a first-time glance. **Recommendations to others considering Flo:** I would recommend anyone considering the product to go ahead and choose the product and even pay for the support services to get more out of the features offered by the product. **What problems is Flo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our growing concern has been the level of costs that we were encountering from hiring plumbers to find leaks and fix them over and over because we could not detect sources of certain leaks. More so the water charges were so high because of these leaks but ever since we got Flo, detection has been very easy and we would spend more time focusing on fixing leaks rather than looking for leaks because every area was perfectly covered. ### 3. One major upside of this product for me is its independence from WiFi to provide me with data.
