**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

The whole interface is incredibly intuitive, well designed and easy to navigate, making the overall experience seamless. What I particularly like is that Flipsnack never seems to stand still — there is a real focus on continuously improving the platform, introducing useful new features and refining existing ones. It feels as though the product genuinely evolves around the needs of its users. The platform is also reliable and performs consistently well, even when managing larger or more detailed publications. The available integrations and sharing options make it easy to incorporate Flipsnack into our wider workflow, while the range of features gives us good value from the platform. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed, which adds to the overall experience. I also like seeing the continued development of smarter and AI-led functionality, which helps make the creation process more efficient. Overall, the combination of ease of use, performance, functionality, support and continual innovation makes Flipsnack an extremely valuable platform for our business.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

There is very little I dislike about Flipsnack overall. If I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be having even more flexibility and control within some of the design and customisation features. As the platform continues to evolve, greater integration options and further development of the newer AI tools would also be welcome. That said, these are relatively minor points and have not detracted from what has been a very positive experience overall.

**What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flipsnack solves the challenge of presenting our proposals, itineraries and event concepts in a professional, polished and engaging way without needing complicated design software or external support every time. It allows us to turn information into interactive, visually strong digital presentations that are easy to share with clients and easy for them to view on any device. This saves us a significant amount of time, helps us respond to enquiries more efficiently and gives our client-facing material a much more premium and consistent look. It also makes updating proposals far easier, as changes can be made quickly without having to resend large files or create new versions from scratch. Overall, Flipsnack has streamlined our proposal process, improved presentation quality and helped us deliver a more professional client experience.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

It is the best digital publishing platform out there, I have tried others and nothing comes close to the intuitive ease of converting static PDFs into interactive, page-turning flipbooks. We like the simplicity in which the website visitors can turn the pages at their leisure of our brochures and magazines and the fact that they get a consistent look of each publication we load. It is a user friendly way to publish, rather than just offering downloadable PDFs. And load each new publication is straight forward too. Furthermore using Flipsnack means I dont take up huge amounts of space on our web servers for the larger publications

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

Nothing really - it genuinely delivers exactly what I need. However I haven't explored all the editing features, so perhaps some guidance, training or encouragement would be useful so I can understand the additional functionality of the platform to enable us to make better use of it.

**What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A great way to publish reports and brochures that can be shared with ease. As I said before, it saves on web server space and loading giant PDFs, which would take ages to load, with embedding codes, this is no longer a problem.

Straightforward, easy to use and versatile, friendly, helpful support, provides my business with another dimension. Brings my books to life.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

It isn't a dislike; I wish you could view the AI animations before committing to them.  My reading books have cartoon characters, and AI sometimes totally transforms them into other creatures, so I am unable to use that particular animation.  If you could preview, that would be amazing, or written details along with the graphic.

**What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI animation was a big positive move and has enabled me to bring my reading books to life.  I hope that Flipsnack will carry on providing this service, as I have invested in their platform to deliver exciting reading books to children who struggle with their reading

I love how easy Flipsnack is to use and how much clients enjoy seeing their report as a virtual magazine. It helps clients visualize the reports in a magazine format for easier review. The initial setup was so easy and extremely user-friendly. I appreciate how it allows us to display designed data sets in a way a PDF document wouldn't allow and speeds up approval times. I really LOVE this product.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

I have an issue with the pricing model of Flipsnack. It jumps from 5 to 50 reports, and I just need one more spot beyond the 5 I'm currently using. This jump makes it hard to justify the cost because I don't need that many reports and don't want to overpay. I'd prefer having lower options to choose from, even if the cost per report is higher. Not having a choice made me look around to see if the price is comparable to other companies.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

It's by far the easiest flipbook platform we've used. The feature set hits a sweet spot and has enough options to actually customize what we need without burying us in thousands of settings we'll never touch. Everything they include makes sense and looks polished. The table of contents generator has been awesome every single time we've used it. It's done exactly what we needed it to do.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

The tiers weren’t clear upfront about page limits. It’s 100 pages on the basic tier, 200 on the next one up, and you need the top tier if you want more than 300 pages (though you can split larger documents across multiple flipbooks on the lower tiers). It would’ve been nice to see all of that laid out clearly before we ended up upgrading twice because we had 350+ pages. Overall, this has been a huge favorite right across the board.

Flipsnack lets us present our platform-based software products in a visually appealing, engaging way. Sending a flipbook alongside an offer makes a much stronger impression than a static PDF and helps our materials stand out at every stage of the sale.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

I found Flipsnack really easy to use and set up. Once we got our first template built, we could apply the same template to the rest, and now every brochure we post online has a synced feel. The experience is consistent across all our project packets, making it efficient. The initial setup took me about five to ten minutes, and it significantly cut down my time since I no longer had to select all the settings with each project. I was able to create several projects within a short period.  It has created a much better user experience for our donors and partners when reviewing project booklets or quarterly updates.  It did exactly what we needed it to do.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

I would like to customize the URL, but the price point to upgrade for that was a little higher than I was willing to pay.

Flipsnack creates a better user experience for clients by allowing them to view project packets in their browser, eliminating the need to download PDFs. The template feature saves time, letting me create multiple projects quickly without selecting settings each time. **What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

1. The product is extremely robust. My client has been using it for 5 years and none of us can recall a single downtime instance.
2. Integration in other websites is superb. My client's use case involves provisioning educational books on the publisher's own platform. Implementing the flipbooks was as easy as pasting an iframe, and flipbooks look seamless with the rest of the site out-of-the-box (and if they aren't, customizations are available).
3. Flipbooks offer all the optional features one would expect, e.g. branding, letting users download a flipbook as pdf, zooming in/out, etc.
4. In the few instances that I needed to contact support, getting to a knowledgeable human support representative was almost immediate.
5. The platform is easy to use and manage, even for the non-technical users of the organization.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

Responsiveness to intended page-turning mouse gestures could be slightly improved.

I transitioned a publication that had been printed and mailed for 30 years into a digital e-magazine, and this platform made the process straightforward. Uploading content was easy, and the FAQs are fantastic when you need quick answers. It can take existing PDFs and convert them into interactive magazines, or you can type directly into the magazine itself, which gives you a lot of flexibility. Overall, it’s very user-friendly. The best part for me is being able to add hyperlinks to emails and websites. The pricing is also fantastic for the non-profit I volunteer for, which makes it a great fit for our needs.

Typically, creating a presentation, downloading it as a PDF, and then forwarding it to everyone can be cumbersome, especially when the files are huge. Flipsnack is an excellent tool for creating and managing Flipbooks.  I reviewed Flipbook tools for a client several years ago and felt like Flipsnack was the best option for this client.  I can say without a doubt that Flipsnack has met all our expectations and was one of the best decisions I have every made for a client.

As a Flipbook tool, I can honestly say Flipsnack has no downsides.  It is easy to use and very full-featured.  Flipsnack continues to add useful features and is now incorporating AI.

What I like best is how closely it mimics flipping through an actual magazine. The pages turn instead of just scrolling, and readers can click a page number in the table of contents to jump straight to that article. It gives our twice-a-year diocesan magazine a real, polished feel online instead of just being another PDF.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

The one thing I'd improve is the editing experience after publication. If I need to fix something after an issue is already live, the process isn't always intuitive, and it takes a bit of clicking around to find where to make the change. It's a small thing, but it's the one part of the workflow that isn't as smooth as the rest.

Flipsnack solves the problem of making our print magazine accessible online without losing what makes it feel like a magazine in the first place. Before this, our digital readers were stuck with a flat PDF, just scrolling down a page with no real sense of structure. Now they get something that flips and feels tactile, plus they can navigate straight to an article from the table of contents. That benefits us because it widens our reach. Not everyone gets the print copy, but anyone can read the online version, and it actually feels worth opening instead of being an afterthought.

I'd like the option to include 1 or 2 more flipbooks for a total of 7 or 8 versus 5 for a lower price. It used to be free, but I think there is a charge now, but I also understand flipsnack is a business and needs to generate revenue.

My franchise gives me the ability to download a nice pdf of the entire book each month, but it isn't a pretty layout so Flipsnack allows me to show off my publications via an easy textable link.

I love the animation features (AI), which add a significant and valuable touch to the generated documents. The customer support is fast and outstanding !

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

The price remains high to be able to benefit from all the options (customization, fonts, etc.). Nevertheless, with a basic plan, it is already possible to do wonders.

**What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flipsnack helps me transform a boring, static report into an engaging and dynamic document that people actually enjoy reading. Thanks to the animation features and interactive elements, the content becomes much more appealing and fun to browse through.
It also makes sharing incredibly easy, instead of sending heavy PDF files by email, I can simply share a link, which is far more convenient for everyone. This saves time and makes the whole experience much smoother, both for me and for my audience.

It provides an attractive and user-friendly magazine for readers to enjoy. I have used both Powerpoint Presentation and templates to create magazines, and the results have been amazing. I did also try the Indesign plugin, but found it more frustrating then adding the lements one by one.

The pricing structure. We are a small and self-funded operation, and everything we'd like to try is always only available another tier.

Is solves the display probem we were having with WordPress flip book options. They weren't great across mobile and web users, whereas FlipSnack looks great on all devices.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

The ease and flexibility of creating and editing books/catalogs in Flipsnack is why I love it so much. I mainly use it for our real estate office's digital catalog. Being a busy real estate office with constant changes to listings, new listings, listings that close etc - there are always changes needing to be made in our digital catalog. Using Flipsnack to keep our digital catalog up to date is super easy and hassle free.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

The only thing I'm not thrilled about is a fairly recent change to the UI where the ability to edit my book after uploading a PDF was removed from the menu once the PDF has loaded. I have to go back to my list of flipbooks and can then choose "edit" from there. This creates an extra step for me whereas before this change I was able to edit within the same screen as the PDF upload. Having said that, this is minor and certainly does not change my overall satisfaction with Flipsnack.

**What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In recent years - especially since COVID, we have found that consumers prefer a routinely updated digital real estate catalog vs a hard copy printed one which generally was out of date a week or so after it was printed. Being able to easily maintain our real estate company's digital catalog with constantly changing inventory is essential to keeping consumers informed.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

I love the ease of use, and the ability to create button "links" to other web info. Great quality documents can be created that look super professional.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

I really wish that there was a way to import a new page (PDF or JPG) into an existing document without having to back out of the document and "Upload Files" before opening the Flipbook. I publish a newsletter and there is always a lot of back and forth with changes and additions right before going live and it would just be a more smooth process to be able to import a new page while working in the Flipbook design area. Also it would be great to be able to create a video short (gif or other) moving image to entice viewers to click on any YouTube or other linked videos.

**What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the fact that they now keep it as "Unlisted" and not go back to "Public" when saving the Flipbook. Very helpful in keeping consistency and not having to recreate the Flipbook again so that it can be Unlisted once more.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

The features on the various levels are good, and all include Accessibility features. The product we have been using for a while does not offer that at all, and they also significantly increased the price on us, so we looked for something new and were pleased to find that Flipsnack offered this in all package levels, and at a better cost. We are going with the Professional package for now, but may choose to upgrade in the future. The customer service is excellent too.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

Flip snack is a very easy to use software program. The basic plan offers adequate editing options. I have I have created both flip books for my business as well as for personal use. I used their chat feature to gain some extra understanding of their program. They were very attentive to my questions, answered them fully without ever making me feel like I am taking too much time.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

This is a very easy program to import your pictures to. They do offer gifts and photos that you can use in your web building. They I'll have motion in them. It would be nice if they offered simple clipart that did not have motion. That is the only negative thing that I can think of.

I haven't found any problems in my catalog building. And I have been using this program for several years.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

Flipsnack is easy to use and offers all the features a small business needs, at a very affordable price. There are plenty of templates to choose from to speed up the project. Each template is easily tailored to your needs. The support is good and fast through the chat function, and they also provide a phone number (infrequently these days) in case you prefer a phone call.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

Some of the native editing tools can be upgraded, but you can work on an external tool, such as Adobe and then import it into Flipsnack.

Flipsnack helped us to quickly create a company profile brochure to boost our sales and marketing effort. Our marketing department was able to create an attractive flipbook in record time.

**What do you like best about Flipsnack?**

Flipsnack has been reliable and easy to use in providing access to our curriculum materials for the teachers and students for the 133 school divisions within Virginia. The app is intuitive and easy to use. With just a few clicks I can issue subscriptions, create and update a Table of Contents, modify URLs, and more. The end product, an atlas, is visually appealing and functions beyond expectations. Customer service has been superb, ready and able to provide assistance despite operator error. Did I mention the addition of accessibility tools and AI summaries? The updates to the product have been timely and useful. The programmers are to be commended on developing an excellent product.

**What do you dislike about Flipsnack?**

Nothing to dislike. My experience has been stellar.

We needed a way to deploy our 104-page An Atlas of Virginia to approximately 1600 schools. We wanted our atlas to have facing pages in a booklet format with flipping pages and access out to interactive links to maps designed in ArcGIS.com. Flipsnack met all of our criteria in the design realm. The management of the books and the ability to change our URLs when the books are updated has been extremely helpful in supporting our outreach to schools. The app has worked consistently exceeding our expectations.
