"Effortless Document Display, Cost-Effective Solution"
What do you like best about Flipsnack?

I absolutely love that Flipsnack makes it incredibly easy to create professional-looking work, which enhances the visual appeal of our documents significantly. The platform's user-friendliness means that navigating through its features is straightforward, allowing me to accomplish tasks without unnecessary complications. I particularly appreciate the digital contents page, which adds an organized and accessible component to our presentations. Flipsnack has also been instrumental in reducing our print costs by providing a digital platform for document sharing, ensuring that anyone can access these materials easily. As a testament to its practicality and effectiveness, new departments in my organization have begun using Flipsnack. The initial setup was a breeze, and I was up and running, creating my first project within minutes, which speaks to the intuitive design of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Publishing with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Flipsnack?

I find Flipsnack incredibly easy to use, which makes the process of publishing my booklet 'Vote Smart Collier County' on my website seamless and straightforward. The platform's ability to transform a basic PDF into a visually appealing online booklet enhances the accessibility and attractiveness of my publication more than a simple PDF link ever could. Additionally, I am very satisfied with the customer support, especially the Chat feature, which has been extremely helpful to me on multiple occasions. The support from Danisa was outstanding when I needed assistance understanding the various plans and determining the right one for my needs. Furthermore, setting up Flipsnack was effortless; I just needed to upload the PDF, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly nature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

I don't like the current pricing structure of Flipsnack. There isn't a pricing option that suits my specific needs. I only need to publish one booklet per year, and the option to publish five booklets is unnecessary for me. I would prefer access to other features that are only available in higher-priced plans. Additionally, the cost difference between the lowest and the next-lowest tier is prohibitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern UI and Fast Support Elevate Our Communication"
What do you like best about Flipsnack?

Flipsnack offers a very modern and user-friendly interface, making it easy to create, distribute, and manage flipbooks. As a premium tourism company, we have seen a significant improvement in our communication since integrating Flipsnack into our workflow. Additionally, their customer support responds quickly whenever we encounter any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flipsnack's UI is far better than it's competitors - hands down!"
What do you like best about Flipsnack?

The ease and flexibility of creating and editing books/catalogs in Flipsnack is why I love it so much. I mainly use it for our real estate office's digital catalog. Being a busy real estate office with constant changes to listings, new listings, listings that close etc - there are always changes needing to be made in our digital catalog. Using Flipsnack to keep our digital catalog up to date is super easy and hassle free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

The only thing I'm not thrilled about is a fairly recent change to the UI where the ability to edit my book after uploading a PDF was removed from the menu once the PDF has loaded. I have to go back to my list of flipbooks and can then choose "edit" from there. This creates an extra step for me whereas before this change I was able to edit within the same screen as the PDF upload. Having said that, this is minor and certainly does not change my overall satisfaction with Flipsnack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from George Buz of Flipsnack

Thanks so much, Jessica, for the thoughtful review! We’re really happy to hear Flipsnack helps keep your catalogs looking sharp and easy to update.

We also see how the recent UI changes might’ve caused some confusion. We’ll talk about that internally and see how we can improve. In the meantime, you can still edit right after upload by clicking the “Add links, videos, buttons” option in the bottom-left corner.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the feedback!

"Flipsnack meets all of our publishing needs for our newsletter and other informative flyers!"
What do you like best about Flipsnack?

I love the ease of use, and the ability to create button "links" to other web info. Great quality documents can be created that look super professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

I really wish that there was a way to import a new page (PDF or JPG) into an existing document without having to back out of the document and "Upload Files" before opening the Flipbook. I publish a newsletter and there is always a lot of back and forth with changes and additions right before going live and it would just be a more smooth process to be able to import a new page while working in the Flipbook design area.

Also it would be great to be able to create a video short (gif or other) moving image to entice viewers to click on any YouTube or other linked videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from George Buz of Flipsnack

Thanks so much, Michelle! We’re thrilled to hear Flipsnack makes it easy for you to create professional newsletters and flyers.

Love your suggestions about page imports. I will take this to our product team and see if we can work out a smoother way to handle these. Regarding the GIF or video mention, you can actually export your work in both GIF and MP4 formats. Our support team can gladly assist you with more details on how to do that. Just reach out to us via live chat or email us at contact@flipsnack.com

Thank you again for your detailed review!

"Easy to use software"
What do you like best about Flipsnack?

Flip snack is a very easy to use software program. The basic plan offers adequate editing options. I have I have created both flip books for my business as well as for personal use. I used their chat feature to gain some extra understanding of their program. They were very attentive to my questions, answered them fully without ever making me feel like I am taking too much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

This is a very easy program to import your pictures to. They do offer gifts and photos that you can use in your web building. They I'll have motion in them. It would be nice if they offered simple clipart that did not have motion. That is the only negative thing that I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best flipbook tool I have used"
What do you like best about Flipsnack?

Flipsnack is easy to use and offers all the features a small business needs, at a very affordable price. There are plenty of templates to choose from to speed up the project. Each template is easily tailored to your needs. The support is good and fast through the chat function, and they also provide a phone number (infrequently these days) in case you prefer a phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

Some of the native editing tools can be upgraded, but you can work on an external tool, such as Adobe and then import it into Flipsnack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
