I like that you can manage every as aspect of the project to repairs, finances, schedules and income/expense.

That my upload file size is pretty restricted for the amount of storage I am allowed.

**Recommendations to others considering Flipper Force House Flipping Software:**

Do the trial first and see how you really enjoy it then move to purchase. The trial has all the features fully right from the start even adding the amount of users you need. 
give it a full try and ask around for questions or whatever assistance you need. The videos are extremely helpful as well.

**What problems is Flipper Force House Flipping Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us create project plans and handle more flip estimates at once.

Toggling back and forth between the menu bar on the left and everything else. I keep forgetting where exactly I need to click.

Less clicks/scrolling up and down? Easier to add documents and pictures.

Having one system to check everything. Being able to print out scopes of work.

The educational information offered really walks you through the whole process. It has a very clean user interface and easy to understand what you are doing.

**What do you dislike about Flipper Force House Flipping Software?**

The only issue I have is that it is still in beta and all of the features are not available yet.

I am an architect just getting into the real estate side of the industry. Flipper force is not just a great tool, but a true learning experience all the way through a project.
