**What do you like best about Flinkit?**

What we like best about Flinkit is the exceptional user-friendliness and intuitive operation of the platform. From creating campaigns to managing customer conversations via WhatsApp Business, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The platform saves us time and ensures structured communication — and the fast, friendly support is a real plus!

**What do you dislike about Flinkit?**

Honestly, everything has been working perfectly so far – we have nothing to complain about!

**What problems is Flinkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using the latest version of Flinkit, sending out messages through WhatsApp Business could take several minutes, as each message had to go through an approval process. This often caused delays in communication, especially during time-sensitive campaigns or client outreach.

With the latest update, Flinkit has completely solved this issue — now, messages are sent almost instantly, without waiting for approval. This improvement has been a huge time-saver and has significantly increased the speed and efficiency of our communication.
