## About FLINK CRM
FLINK CRM is an all in one training management platform built for training providers. It manages enquiries, customers, courses, delegates, bookings, communications, payments, invoicing, certificates and reporting. FLINK reduces administration through automated confirmations, joining instructions, reminders, certificates and renewal workflows. Customers can book and pay online, while the customer portal provides access to training records, certificates, expiry dates and future bookings. Built in e learning tools enable providers to create and manage their own online learning content within FLINK, reducing the need for a separate LMS. The platform also includes real time course capacity, waitlists, training histories, dashboards and reporting, and connects with websites, accounting, payment and other business systems through integrations and APIs.
