Super easy interface. Aesthetically pleasing

The initial manual upload can be time consuming however in the long run it helps

It creates an easy way for colleagues and residents to communicate and have conversations.

**What do you like best about Fixflo Lettings?**

The troubleshooting that a tenant must first go through before a maintenance call is logged. 

**What do you dislike about Fixflo Lettings?**

I’m pleased to say that there isn’t nothing that we disliked about the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Fixflo Lettings:**

Fixflo integrates with the popular Qube SLM system and feeds the maintenance requests directly in to the system. This has been most useful, as the jobs can then be assigned to a property manager to deal with

**What problems is Fixflo Lettings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Significantly reduces level of phone calls and filters un-necessary callouts  as a result of the troubleshooting system.
