For Workout Planning, trainers can create, track, and record multiple fitness clients' workouts online in one central location and utilize FitSW's extensive exercise database with exercise demos. For Progress Tracking, trainers can track and chart client fitness progress on anything, from body-fat to waist-line to bench-press max. Charts are fully customizable. ## FitSW Reviews ### 1. The ability to accept feedback, respond to any system issues and correct them is far beyond any other company I've worked with. As a customer for 5 years now, the growth has never negatively impacted me as a business customer with a custom app, or as a trainer. **What do you dislike about FitSW?** There are no downsides when you customize your custom app. FITSW is very willing to create custom projects and your business experience. Eventually it'd be wonderful to see a larger broadband width and website template and upgrade options that are more streamlined with branding and marketing. **Recommendations to others considering FitSW:** If you're in any health, wellness, fitness or coaching profession this app could help streamline your business and support your customers. **What problems is FitSW solving and how is that benefiting you?** During covid, FITSW was amazing for my small business and wellness center. As a high risk business, we were closed or 25% capacity for over a year. FITSW custom app and projects made wellness accessible for our clients and members for in demand, live stream and customizable for them to keep working with us no matter where they or their wellness expert were or moved to. All values for assessments must be a number or yes/no. Clients always have a hard time finding forms to fill out. **What problems is FitSW solving and how is that benefiting you?** I dont think I have realized anything new or helpful with FitSW. I used it because it was required for my job but I try to avoid it when possible. **Official Response from Jacob Montoya:** > Thank you for your feedback. For the items you mention, our software actually does what you are wanting it to do. We are not sure if you are mixing up our software with something else or if it's been several years since you used it. We aren't finding any usernames under the email you provided and we can't search by name because you have your name hidden on this review. However, we would be happy to provide a demo to show you the latest version of our software that solves all of the points you made. To address them here as well: 1) You can choose from 1000s of exercises when assigning workouts and you can even add your own right there on the fly. You can even take a quick demo of you doing the exercise or use our library of 1000 demos. 2) Values for assessments do not only have to be a number or yes/no. They can be long-form answer fields, multiple choice, true/false, multi-selection, signatures, normal text fields, and more. You can choose any of these options. 3) The Forms feature for clients has its own tab in the More section. Clients also receive a notification when there is a new form for them to fill out. ### 4. My favorite resource is the video demonstrations for each exercise which is great for clients to be able to access when they are working out on their own. **What do you dislike about FitSW?** After using FitSW and getting feedback from my clients, there is nothing I dislike so far! It has been an excellent resource. **What problems is FitSW solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using FitSW I was keeping track of all my clients data, programs, and information in my notes app on my phone.
