What do you like best about FitSW?

I love the customer service, expertise and response times at FITSW. The ability to accept feedback, respond to any system issues and correct them is far beyond any other company I've worked with. What do you dislike about FitSW?

There are no downsides when you customize your custom app. FITSW is very willing to create custom projects and your business experience. What problems is FitSW solving and how is that benefiting you?

During covid, FITSW was amazing for my small business and wellness center. As a high risk business, we were closed or 25% capacity for over a year. FITSW custom app and projects made wellness accessible for our clients and members for in demand, live stream and customizable for them to keep working with us no matter where they or their wellness expert were or moved to. What do you like best about FitSW?

I like that you can assign workouts and that it has a decent selection of exercises to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exercises to choose from is limited when assigning workouts. All values for assessments must be a number or yes/no. Clients always have a hard time finding forms to fill out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your feedback. For the items you mention, our software actually does what you are wanting it to do. We are not sure if you are mixing up our software with something else or if it's been several years since you used it. We aren't finding any usernames under the email you provided and we can't search by name because you have your name hidden on this review. However, we would be happy to provide a demo to show you the latest version of our software that solves all of the points you made. To address them here as well:

1) You can choose from 1000s of exercises when assigning workouts and you can even add your own right there on the fly. You can even take a quick demo of you doing the exercise or use our library of 1000 demos.

2) Values for assessments do not only have to be a number or yes/no. They can be long-form answer fields, multiple choice, true/false, multi-selection, signatures, normal text fields, and more. You can choose any of these options.

3) The Forms feature for clients has its own tab in the More section. Clients also receive a notification when there is a new form for them to fill out.

What do you like best about FitSW?

I use FitSW for my personal training clients and it is a great resource to create customized workouts & track their progress all while keeping them engaged and involved with their own profile.
