I use Fithive for our marketing and CRM, including our Facebook posts and client follow-ups. I like that leads from our website forms and social media go into one CRM, where everything is tagged and documented, and I can follow up by text or email. The automation makes it easier to make sure we follow up correctly. Fithive also helps our staff take part in client follow-up and retention. It’s simple to learn, use, and train new people on. I appreciate the immediate, fast customer service and the sincere connection with the Fithive team; they’re truly behind us and want us to succeed. I use Fithive every day to keep my businesses’ client information, emails, contacts, billing, memberships, contracts, and processes in one place. I can reach clients by email or text, send mass emails, and quickly onboard clients, add memberships, and take payments. I love the reporting and how easy it is to use. It keeps me organized and makes running the back office much easier, saving me time and money. I can also manage my website and evergreen advertising through Fithive. The evergreen program keeps my brand out there, lets me set and change my own budget, and has brought in new clients without a lot of ad spend. The team has done a great job creating my ads, and the program has worked well for me for years. I also really appreciate how friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and quick to respond the team is. They go above and beyond, and their creativity and expertise in marketing have helped me build and grow my business. I like that Fithive is cost effective and inclusive. Scheduling is easy, and I can keep all my clients in one place. I also like that I can handle payments, reach out to clients, and offer both in-person and virtual sessions. The website is integrated into the program, and Fithive puts so much together that I don’t have to use several different software programs. I no longer use ClickFunnels because I can build landing pages in Fithive. There are a lot of features I haven’t tapped into yet, but I know they’re available. The customer service is great: if I need anything, they can get on a call right away or email me and solve the problem. They assigned me a representative (Brian) who walked me through everything and helped set it up, so I wasn’t left on my own. I wish Fithive had more options for landing pages, though that’s just one small thing. Virtual booking could also be a little easier for clients.
