I like that Fithive is cost effective and inclusive. Scheduling is easy, and I can keep all my clients in one place. I also like that I can handle payments, reach out to clients, and offer both in-person and virtual sessions. The website is integrated into the program, and Fithive puts so much together that I don’t have to use several different software programs. I no longer use ClickFunnels because I can build landing pages in Fithive. There are a lot of features I haven’t tapped into yet, but I know they’re available. The customer service is great: if I need anything, they can get on a call right away or email me and solve the problem. They assigned me a representative (Brian) who walked me through everything and helped set it up, so I wasn’t left on my own. I wish Fithive had more options for landing pages, though that’s just one small thing. Virtual booking could also be a little easier for clients.
