For us as an online retailer, it is important that all processes such as product listing and management, order management including returns processing and payment processing can take place via one tool - FIS/TradeFlex fulfills this essential requirement. **What do you dislike about FIS/TradeFlex?** There are some weaknesses in the process monitoring. An even more effective alert system needs to be developed in order to be warned promptly of a possible problem. However, it should be added that this aspect has already been optimized in the past and there is generally positive cooperation in the case of a problem. **What problems is FIS/TradeFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a central tool for a large number of marketplaces, FIS/TradeFlex serves as an interface between all marketplace and SAP processes.
