What do you like best about FIS/TradeFlex?

FIS/TradeFlex is an innovative and user-friendly tool that creates a seamless system integration throughout the entire sales process. For us as an online retailer, it is important that all processes such as product listing and management, order management including returns processing and payment processing can take place via one tool - FIS/TradeFlex fulfills this essential requirement. What do you dislike about FIS/TradeFlex?

There are some weaknesses in the process monitoring. An even more effective alert system needs to be developed in order to be warned promptly of a possible problem. What problems is FIS/TradeFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a central tool for a large number of marketplaces, FIS/TradeFlex serves as an interface between all marketplace and SAP processes.

By taking over numerous technical aspects (e.g. implementation of new API versions) and implementing marketplace-specific requirements (e.g. in relation to product listing) through FIS/TradeFlex, we as an online retailer can focus on strategic and sales-promoting measures. -Inability to access the data required even with help from other members.

- Seggregration of access by roles which hinders cross training and personal development

- Too much different screens
