FireMon Asset Manager (formerly Lumeta) is a real-time network visibility solution that provides comprehensive, continuous asset intelligence across the enterprise. In contrast to other solutions, Asset Manager continuously discovers the full extent of the connected enterprise, including all networks, connections, and endpoints to create a single source of truth for cyber asset management. This intelligence becomes the foundation for data enrichment of other solutions in a security stack, including vulnerability management, CMDB, EDR, attack surface management, incident response and IP address management.

**What do you like best about FireMon Asset Manager?**

With FireMon we have been able to quickly streamline the management of our firewall policies. We have been able to quickly improve the security of our networks, gaining more control and control over them, ensuring our data correctly. With FireMon, we have been able to reduce the time and our network costs when configuring and operating, we have managed to maintain our network services quite adequately so far.

**What do you dislike about FireMon Asset Manager?**

Configuration is not easy for people with little experience, if the users are not technical in the subject the use of the tool can be slowed down and they will not get the most out of it. The cost of the tool is high which makes it an unsuitable solution for some companies, quality costs money. In order to provide maximum performance in security operations it is required to have a fairly orderly and standardized network system, otherwise it will not work properly.

**What problems is FireMon Asset Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FireMon is a great software solution for network security services management, also called firewall policy management, is a tool implemented by many companies that need to increase security and monitoring of all networks present within the organization in order to maintain order and control in this. The companies that have large networks in a complex way are the ones that can obtain greater benefits in the return of investment, due to the constant monitoring of a high number of equipment, which becomes really cumbersome if they do not have the right tools or software.
