All change requests can be taken for approval and configuration in a proper manner. 2. Change management systems can be audited and managed to mitigate faulty rules being deployed to the firewall. 3. Already configured change requests will be closed automatically where there are no human overheads to check on those. 4. Auto deployment feature is a good option where administrators can deploy rules from AlgoSec directly. 5. The AlgoSec platform is one of the best CMS for the network environment comparing other products where the configuration method is easy for administrators. 6. I am an engineer from an SI and configuring and managing AlgoSec is way better comparing other products in the market. **What do you dislike about AlgoSec Horizon?** Troubleshooting and customization are a little difficult without proceeding with AlgoSec support. This would be better to mitigate the challenges that could impact the system if an engineer does changes without any knowledge. Previous migrations and consolidations were a nightmare now with Algosec its so much easier and I have much more confidence there isn't something critical that I have missed. **What do you dislike about AlgoSec Horizon?** Some changes can only be done on the CLI of the application which may not be easily found by some users. I'm sure AlsoSec will be adding more and more if this to the GUI within the new releases. **Recommendations to others considering AlgoSec Horizon:** Reach out to your local reps. The guys I have worked with locally have been amazingly helpful and a wealth of knowledge with tips and tricks to make sure your department is perfect. **What problems is AlgoSec Horizon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially the problem was all about visibility to help with troubleshooting for the operations space and compliance reporting for management. Soon after roll out these gaps were easily filled and management are shifting their focus to processes pains in the change management and implementation space. ### 23. We manage to locate redundant rules and res that are not hit. **What do you dislike about AlgoSec Horizon?** When you have a huge network, there are some warnings in the analysis that is hard to solve unless you whitelist the to/from inside algosec. I'm waiting for the bottom to fall out, maybe not completely but somewhere.
