What do you like best about FineReader PDF for Windows and Mac?

I really like how accurately FineReader converts scanned documents into editable text. I also appreciate the ability to compare two documents side by side, It saves a lot of time during version control. I often scan contracts, invoices, and printed reports, and the out put looks almost identical to the original layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FineReader PDF for Windows and Mac?

The application's efficiency stands out. It seamlessly allows me to edit text, images, and other elements within PDF documents without the need to convert them into Word documents first, offering nearly all the required formatting options.

The unique feature to remove blank pages from PDFs at once and the cropping page feature are both invaluable tools. Even my experience with the scanner was satisfactory.

Bookmarking pages is a blessing for avid e-book readers like myself, haven't seen many offering this tool. Another thing i liked was the ability to view my original PDF and the OCR text side by side during scanning simplifying comparison and editing, eliminating the need to switch between tabs. What do you dislike about FineReader PDF for Windows and Mac?

Though the application is comprehensively useful, but even the pricing for PDF Standard is $99/year, which in Indian Rupees is around 8200, which is expensive for a lot of potential users in India.

Though overall user interface is friendly, but some sort of familiarity demo can be added during first time installation for the more ease of use of application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
