Adding outfit recommendations to e-comm has historically meant lots of manual work. FindMine learns to mimic your stylists through AI to truly automate outfit recommendations to lift online revenue and shopper engagement. For consumers, this recreates the experience of getting styled by a personal stylist. FindMine can show shoppers three different ways to wear each item, resulting in a 4-7% incremental revenue lift (driven by triple-digit increases in AOV, UPT, Conversion &amp; Repeat Purchase).

**What do you like best about FindMine?**

FindMine knows each of our brands' different aesthetics and creates outfits that we would feel confident dressing our customers in, and that represent our aspirational point of view.

**What do you dislike about FindMine?**

We have no complaints: they're easy to work with, our merchandisers love our Account Manager, and they always over deliver.

**What problems is FindMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've tried different personalization and recommendation solutions for Complete the Look and found most simply bundled a bunch of top performing products together. But we found that to be a recipe for a damaging consumer experience as we're suggesting to our customer to wear an oufit that would make them look foolish, and we'd lose their trust as a style expert. FindMine is purpose-built to convey our superior style expertise and uses real-time data signals to help us achieve our KPIs. One merchant even used FindMine to push a low-performing shoe into outfits and boosted the sell-through of the shoe, avoiding a markdown, just by showing customers how to style it.

**What do you like best about FindMine?**

FindMine helped us achieve improvements in revenue and efficiency (95% reduction in merchandiser time spent!) while maintaining quality and strengthening our brand's point of view

**What do you dislike about FindMine?**

Initially they didn't have a way for us to distinguish in the back end platform between manually programmed outfits and the ones created by the system. They have since added that functionality.

**What problems is FindMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We knew that customers spent more when they saw complete outfits rather than an individual product. But outfits had to be created manually because we couldn't find a solution that would create high-quality outfits that respected our unique style POV. The manual way took 27 steps and 20 minutes to make an outfit. This painful and slow process resulted in fewer than 10% of the products appearing in outfits, limiting the revenue lift. With FindMine neither merchants nor customers could distinguish which outfits were powered by FindMine vs manually curated, attesting to the high level of quality we were looking for. We not only saw a 95% decrease in merchandiser time spent but also a 960% increase in the number of products we could show in outfits.

**What do you like best about FindMine?**

- Uses sophisticated technology that mimicks our merchandisers perspective and editorial point of view
- Styling suggestions looked indistinguishable from outfits hand curated by our merchants, without any manual work (from us or them) so that we could easily scale added looks 
- allowed us to provide this game-changing customer experience across every single product, even with product stock fluctuating 
- We had FindMines attention they never disappointed us: incredible customer success team and easy onboarding. As well as providing us the opportunity to shape product direction
- boosted our AOV, add to cart rates, site engagement and conversion rates, especially in hard to move categories 
- increased our ability to focus on product selling and push marketing

**What do you dislike about FindMine?**

We were an early customer so they didn't have all the features and flexibility that they do today. They did take a lot of our suggestions into account and built many of the features we lacked at the start. For example, the ability to prioritize strategic products (e.g., high margin, behind plan, etc.) and ability to keep certain brands from mixing.

**Recommendations to others considering FindMine:**

Highly recommend them as a good stand alone service that has a much stronger rule set and customization engine while getting the speed and scale of leveraging their machine learning for faster product activation and a more personalized customer experience that is across all channels (store, digital marketing, and site experience). Works well with a CDP or without and is a good solution to quickly personalize email and marketing communications to help drive improved product sell through rates

**What problems is FindMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We couldn't provide our customer with the expert style guidance on every PDP page and thus replicate or create an ecommerce experience that we are known for in stores. This was because we either had to sacrifice quality or manually curate outfits by hand on each style which our merchandising team did not have the bandwidth to do. Additionally, our native web platform built in capabilities were lacking in features and customization so that was not an option. With FindMine we were able to provide style guidance for every customer and product from day 1 of the product's launch, without any manual work and in fact reducing manual merchandising and product activation. In doing so this increased our product engagement resulting in higher AOV, add to cart rates & conversion. As a result this add the added impact of boosting margin with our ability to sell more full price product, and provided a game-changing modern customer experience that differentiated us, all while reducing merchandising efforts

**What do you like best about FindMine?**

We implemented FindMine across several of our brands with distinct catalogs, assortments, and brand identities. They captured each of our brands’ unique perspectives and consistently amplified our marketing initiatives to drive shoppers to certain categories or collections. Additionally, FindMine increased our AOV, conversion, and time spent on site from day one.

Implementation was seamless and quick and they were able to accommodate immediately when we replatformed with almost no down time. If you’re looking to do styling at scale, FindMine is the perfect solution.

**What do you like best about FindMine?**

As the head of the innovation group, I see a lot of cool new tech that doesn't perform, but FindMine solves a real problem, in a creative and innovative way. Instead of personalization tech, which predicts what the customer wants (and there are a thousand players for that commodity), FindMine learned and scaled our brand's unique POV by predicting what our merchants would suggest based on their aspirational view of the brand. In addition, it can do so in a much more cost-effective and timely way (avoiding empty recommendations, broken outfits due to size-outs etc.). We A/B tested extensively and validated the upside.

**What do you dislike about FindMine?**

We were one of their earliest customers and they maybe had 3-5 team members at the time....that gave us some pause in terms of their ability to evolve and scale. I think their platform had some hiccups the first day we had a sale and traffic jumped. Fortunately they fixed it VERY quickly and now service several billion API calls with ease. In addition the team has scaled and the platform continued to evolve.

**Recommendations to others considering FindMine:**

Try it, measure it....the investment/resources required aren't high and I'm confident that you will quickly see positive impact.

**What problems is FindMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to create a scalable way to provide on-brand outfitting recommendations. Manually tackling this wasn't practical due to limited internal resources and frequent assortment turnover. We were quickly able to scale this feature, have outfitting completed at product launch, and realize incremental sales/increase repeat purchases.
