**What do you like best about Finatical Flash Reports?**

I appreciate how well Excel integrates with QBO, allowing me to link my accounts in different groupings. The recent updates to the dashboard and the addition of account headers have also been a positive improvement. It is very easy to use and the support I have received is amazing as well.

**What do you dislike about Finatical Flash Reports?**

If someone isn't very familiar with Excel, they might find it challenging to customize the reports to fit their specific needs. Still, the reports as provided already address most requirements.

**What problems is Finatical Flash Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started using this when I had a requirement for a specific report from a client.  I was manually having to add details and confirm by balances.  This was time consuming and fraught with possible error.  Integrating with Flash took away the manual error concern and drastically shortened my time.  I'm also using it to create other cash flow tools for my Fractional CFO work.
