
Solves a lot of ecom specific challenges with bookkeeping. Specifically, I appreciate how it manages our pre-orders by using deferred revenue for pre-orders that are unfulfilled. I also appreciate that is connects with so many of our sales channels, like Shopify and Amazon, to give us up-to-the-day accuracy. They way they are managing Shopify Collective and dropship vendors is a huge improvement over QBO and even their own previous methods. They are constantly innovating to improve features, and customer service always replies quickly. We have a quarterly call to make sure everything is working properly. I've had issues over time, but most of them have been solved. My only current complaint is loans are not automatically expenses and amortizes on a monthly basis. To manage this, their team handles them periodically. My understanding is that a fix for this should be implemented soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
