Regarding the data visibility: what you are experiencing is likely a slight delay in the cloud sync. In most cases, you should not need to manually refresh your browser when new media comes in. And we appreciate your honest take on the AI features. We want to make sure they are a benefit rather than an extra step. For example, instead of manually writing descriptions on the report, AI captions are available while you are creating a report. AI captions can save you significant time. Furthermore, our searching function is very powerful; it can search through every piece of metadata, including AI labels and AI captions. This allows you to find specific project details in seconds.

Have you had a chance to try AI Guidance? It’s actually customizable, you can train it to focus strictly on your specific project needs so it only provides the data that is relevant to you.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, it seems you have a very old version of the app. Please update your app to the latest. Even for some reasons if the app crashes (for example having a very old version happening in your situation) you will never lose any media in Filio the way it is designed. Filio works offline and there is no need to have internet connectivity to use Filio. Please contact us at contact@filio.io and we will for sure help you fix the issue by updating your app.

Regarding the synchronization of photos: If your field team is using an iPhone or iPad, iOS often pauses background syncing the moment an app is closed. To ensure photos reach the office immediately, we recommend that users leave the Filio app open after they finish capturing media. This gives the app the 'active' window it needs to complete the upload to the cloud. And once their device is back on a stable internet connection, you should see their media sync quite rapidly.

I noticed you mentioned that uploads can be slow when service is spotty, to help with this, I have a few suggestions that should make a big difference:

1. Update the App: Please make sure you are running the latest version of Filio.

2. Trust the Offline Mode: If you are in a "dead zone," don't worry about forcing an upload. The app will save everything securely on your device. Once you are back on stable Wi-Fi, just leave the app open to let the automatic sync finish.
