Filio is an AI-powered construction photo documentation and field reporting platform for construction, engineering, inspection, and field teams. Its Data Collector mobile app captures project evidence, while the Web Console connects review, search, collaboration and customizable PDF/Word reporting. Teams use Filio for jobsite progress documentation, inspections, QA/QC, closeouts, roof surveys, insurance evidence, environmental fieldwork and geotechnical documentation. Photos and observations remain connected to their project and spatial context instead of being scattered across camera rolls and folders. Available GPS, timestamps, direction and captured-by metadata help teams find and interpret records. Tags, custom fields and annotations add project-specific detail. Interior Scan creates indoor 2D floor plans and 3D room representations on compatible devices. - Photo-based 3D models: photogrammetry supports 3D reconstruction from suitable project photographs, connecting visual documentation with model review. - Before & After: pair earlier and later photos to compare site conditions and visual construction progress. - AI organization and reports: use editable AI captions and labels, multilingual voice-to-text, video transcription and project-specific guidance. Search by content, metadata, map, plan sheet and timeline, then assemble reusable branded PDF or Word reports. Company, office, group and project structures support controlled collaboration with field crews, office staff and authorized external participants. Filio supports media imports from Google Drive, Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive, KML/KMZ/GeoJSON map layers, and compatible Ricoh and Insta360 workflows for 360 capture. What do you like best about Filio?

I like how Filio allows me to take pictures and know exactly where they were taken on the map without having to backtrack. It makes taking pictures of sites and noting things I see so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filio?

It was a little difficult to find everyone else's photos. It was overall easy, a little confusing waiting for the back end to have things connected like making sure we can all use it on the same project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Dayleigh, thanks for the feedback. It’s great to hear that the geotagging is saving you from having to backtrack during your site visits. Regarding finding your team's photos, we actually have a Data Collectors tab specifically for this! It lets you see exactly who captured what for that project. You can also use the Search bar to quickly filter photos by specific team members.

"Convenient Image Collection with Room for Precision Improvement"

What do you like best about Filio?

I like how convenient Filio is to use. The interface is direct and straightforward, so I don't have to click more to go to the map. I also found the initial setup super easy; you just create your account, and then you can start taking pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filio?

I hope it has better precision. But I do think like, maybe it has been a while since I last used it, so maybe they already improved it. But while I was using it, I hope that the Latelam and the altitude that it provides for me is more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Filio?

I really like the simplicity of Filio and how I'm able to use it on my phone, wherever I am, whenever. The plan sheets and showing the exact cardinal direction of which a picture is facing are other features I value. This is especially helpful in tight areas to denote the location I'm specifying or looking at or representing in a picture. Setting up Filio was also very easy for me. I like that Filio is simple, fast, and accurate. I use it for work to take pictures of issues on building exteriors and mark their location, and the location feature is great because someone else on the team can go back and know exactly where the photo was taken.
