Regarding the crashes and sync issues, we have two quick fixes that usually clear this right up: 1. To stop the crashing: Your phone might be holding onto too much media data. Go to Settings > Data and Storage and set the 'Remove synced media' option to one or two weeks. This frees up local memory and lets the app run much smoother. 2. To help photos upload: If you are on an iPhone, iOS often pauses uploads after you close the app. Try leaving Filio open after you finish taking photos; this gives the system the time it needs to push everything to the cloud.
