What do you like best about FileWave?

I enjoy using Filewave for locating, tracking iPads and generating filesets and associations. I use it for all my iPads in two schools to manage, wipe and refresh them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileWave?

It takes a long time to receive new updates, and then you usually need a new update by that point to keep it working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate your feedback about update timing and understand how important timely releases are for keeping everything running smoothly. In the time since your review we have moved to quarterly updates so we hopefully have brought more joy there. We're always trying to balance things and try to make sure releases are as solid as possible which sometimes means a longer gap between releases.

What is the best way to mass image devices on a regular schedule that do not have an onboard NIC without involving needing to update the information for the client in the system each time?
