What do you like best about fileplan?

We require the ability to send large Autocad project documents to internal and external customers, and the product allows us to do this conveniently, with whatever kind of consent we want for recipients. We also need to join in other jobs to make data changes without having to meet each other, and the program simplifies that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface can be improved a bit, it is sometimes difficult to say with whom I actually shared the data or with what approvals I shared it with. These details are offered, just a few clicks are required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to use Fileplan to store big data in the cloud and share those larger files using an easy link with anyone I want. I have also used Dropbox on other devices with a free package. It's like a project management linked to a file manager on the cloud.

It has Microsoft Office integration.

Version control and emailing links to files is a breeze.

An opportunity to have invitation users not only members of the team.

What do you dislike about fileplan?

It works effortlessly with Microsoft Office, which can be a set back if your IT solutions are other than Office apps.

The starting plan of $25 US dollars a month is a bit pricey considering other cloud services.
