Ease-of-use is a big one - for me, having a capable software with many features is important, but also being able to quickly find something / upload new files is just as important, and Filecamp has figured that process out. I work in a field that is historically not tech-savvy, so the only issue I've had is getting people to utilize the software vs. asking me to do it for them. I have used many DAM systems in my professional career and for me, Filecamp takes the cake! It is modern, affordable and the features are all very intuitive.
