**What do you like best about Fiidbakk?**

It is incredibly easy to set up, and the feedback is very valuable to know exactly WHERE it is.

**What do you dislike about Fiidbakk?**

Some minor bugs and I'd probably want an easier way to set it up across all my site (like Google Analytics)

**What problems is Fiidbakk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was about to code my own feedback system until I saw this product. It saved me a lot of time and it's great.
