As a small business CEO/Manager, I think it would be beneficial to have visibility into the feedback written by my employees about myself, which isn’t currently possible. Additionally, I feel that Fiddy could offer more nuanced feedback levels. For instance, if someone struggles with structuring feedback, Fiddy could provide foundational guidance; however, if feedback is already well-structured, Fiddy could prompt for deeper insights rather than simply marking it as complete. I appreciate that the platform continues to evolve and I’ve noticed improvements even over the past two months of using it. However, addressing these aspects would greatly enhance the experience.
