**What do you like best about FidForward?**

FidForward, with its smart bot Fiddy, is an outstanding platform for creating, structuring, and tracking feedback over time. Fiddy guides users in crafting constructive feedback, prompting for specific examples or added details to ensure clarity and effectiveness, minimizing the common challenge of unclear communication. With FidForward, you can view summarized feedback from yourself and your employees, making it a valuable tool for Performance Reviews. Plus, it allows you to set and update goals alongside feedback, keeping everything organized and accessible in one streamlined platform.

**What do you dislike about FidForward?**

As a small business CEO/Manager, I think it would be beneficial to have visibility into the feedback written by my employees about myself, which isn’t currently possible. Additionally, I feel that Fiddy could offer more nuanced feedback levels. For instance, if someone struggles with structuring feedback, Fiddy could provide foundational guidance; however, if feedback is already well-structured, Fiddy could prompt for deeper insights rather than simply marking it as complete. I appreciate that the platform continues to evolve and I’ve noticed improvements even over the past two months of using it. However, addressing these aspects would greatly enhance the experience.

**What problems is FidForward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been helpful to have a dedicated space for providing timely and accurate feedback to my employees on a regular schedule.

**What do you like best about FidForward?**

FidForward collects feedback from all employees throughout the year and not only during performance review periods. Which allows for better feedback on spot with higher frequency. It reminds us to give feedback to the people we interact the most based on key integrations like slack, which makes it super easy to use. FidForward is also super flexible for companies to build according to their needs, and easy to implement. Their team also provides great support on all matters.

**What do you dislike about FidForward?**

FidForward is still building on possible new key featutes to take performance reviews to next level and the whole HR management to a new level.

**What problems is FidForward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster and easier way to do performance reviews, get employees feedback, and check target achievments.

**What do you like best about FidForward?**

It Allows to record feedback during the semester from several people, in a very intuite way, which promotes better performance reviews based on more information and with examples/facts.

**What do you dislike about FidForward?**

Fidfoward has the potential to make values and company goals more visual, before performance reviews actually start, as well as promote the manager reviews to be faster and sharper with automatic text proposals that can then be adjusted but with easier tweaks.

make reviews more assertive and facts based.

I still learnig about this platform but it seams nice.

Could be more praticical to use, have some guides.

**What do you like best about FidForward?**

FidForward is a excellent tool to organize and structure a feedback for my direct reports. More than that helped with automactly reminders to provide feedback for the workers that I have more contact (is connected with the calendar and slack).

**What do you dislike about FidForward?**

Need to develop more features to improve further, such as personalizing the level of feedback required.

**What problems is FidForward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's turning less manual and more automatic the process to provide feedback and to do performance reviews.

The way it is integrated in slack, that makes it really easy to use and hard to miss or forget about

Some of the feedback needs to be really specific in order to be registered

**What problems is FidForward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It might make managers' lives easier because all the feedback is concentrated on one platform. As a user, it makes giving and receiving feedback much easier. Once every colleague is fully on board, performance reviews are going to be richer and more insightful
