Fidesic Reviews & Product Details

Fidesic is an accounts payable automation platform built for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). Fidesic serves multi-location and multi-entity organizations that process tens of thousands of invoices each month. Customers reach 99% touchless posting within 6 weeks of starting. Fidesic was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Lansing, Michigan. What does Fidesic do? Fidesic gives finance teams on Dynamics ERPs a complete AP toolset in one platform: AI-driven invoice capture, approval routing, purchase order matching, exception management, payment automation, and built-in financial controls. Fidesic connects natively to the ERP, and onboarding includes a consultation to refine existing AP processes. Why is Fidesic focused on Microsoft Dynamics? Fidesic has worked within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem since 2008. Fidesic developers know how AP functions inside Dynamics GP and Business Central, from vendor cards and dimensions to posting groups, GL structures, and approval chains. Each integration is built specifically for these systems and does not rely on a generic connector. What features does Fidesic include? ✓ AI invoice capture that adapts to differences between vendor invoice formats ✓ Approval workflows that follow delegation of authority rules ✓ PO matching that covers partial receipts and split shipments ✓ Exception handling that sends only the invoices needing review to staff ✓ Automated payments ✓ Vendor portal ✓ Custom reports based on the questions controllers ask most ✓ Support for multiple entities, multiple locations, and project coding ✓ Integration with Binary Stream Multi Entity Management How does Fidesic integrate with Dynamics GP and Business Central? Fidesic supports any version of Dynamics GP or Business Central and delivers custom, seamless integration with both. Vendors, GL accounts, dimensions, payment terms, and posting logic sync between Fidesic and the ERP with no manual reconciliation. Invoices post with a complete audit trail, matching what would appear if they were keyed directly into the ERP. Companies moving from Dynamics GP to Business Central can run Fidesic on both systems during the transition. How does Fidesic differ from generic AP automation connectors? Generic AP automation connectors typically lack the ERP-specific logic that Dynamics requires. Fidesic provides dimension mapping, posting group handling, vendor card field synchronization, GL structure awareness, and approval hierarchies that mirror ERP configuration. Generic connectors often treat these as custom work or leave them to manual reconciliation. Can Fidesic be customized to match existing AP processes? Approval routes, coding rules, dimension structures, and reporting views can all be adjusted to fit existing operations. Multi-entity structures, branch-level approvals, and industry-specific workflows are supported without pushing teams into a fixed template. What is the Fidesic implementation timeline? ✓ Invoice processing begins on day one ✓ Full rollout usually completes within one month ✓ 99% touchless posting reached within 6 weeks ✓ Process optimization consultation included in onboarding What financial controls and security does Fidesic provide? ✓ Certified by Sansiba as SOC 2 Type 2 compliant ✓ Role-based permissions for segregation of duties ✓ Automatic duplicate invoice detection ✓ Field-level audit trails with user and time stamps ✓ Restrictions on vendor master changes and verification of banking details ✓ Enforcement of approval thresholds ✓ SOX readiness support What recognition has Fidesic received? ✓ ERPSoftwareBlog Best of AP Automation ✓ Microsoft Certified app ✓ Knights of GP Preferred ISV What results have Fidesic customers achieved?
