"simplifies processes"

What do you like best about Fidesic?

It makes life at work easier and more orderly to carry out. All the processes that used to take days or hours to do are now faster to finish. Payroll was one of those processes that took days to finish. but with fidesic it automates the great part of the work and I already finish it but it has helped me a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fidesic?

It is very useful to pay bills on the dates they are.

automation is perfect for making payments safely and reliably

the time that was used paying bills is now used for other tasks that require more time

What do you like best about Fidesic?

Fidesic is a very user-friendly system and can handle all the essential aspects of the accounts payable cycle. Our organization had been searching for an electronic AP system and we struggled to find one that integrated with our accounting system. One of the main draws for us in selecting Fidesic is its flawless integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Since we began using the program, the number of paper invoices we receive has dropped dramatically and more vendors are sending invoices electronically. I really like how we have a central email address where all invoices can be sent and they just pop into my processing queue. This system is simple, but robust and can handle all your accounts payable needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fidesic?

The only thing I dislike about the system is the cost per user structure. We have many users/supervisors at our organization and being charged each month for them to be in the system even though they may not have consistent invoices to approve. We would prefer to pay one flat fee, but I understand why its structured per user at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fidesic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fidesic helped us centralize our AP process to the accounting department. Previously, each supervisor was coding and turning in a paper invoices and the accounting department would hand key the invoice into Microsoft Dynamics GP. Our original plan was to automate A/P. We are now uploading the payables file to Great Plains and cutting checks. With the download back to Fidesic, our managers now have access to all the invoices, when processed and when paid.

What do you like best about Fidesic?

Fidesic's OCR is some of the best that I have seen. If there is an issue with anything, they are very quick to respond and resolve. They always listen to our needs and are generally able to adjust the system to meet those needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every system has things that you dislike about them. This system does have a few things but the staff at Fidesic is always quick to respond and help resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fidesic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to send out ACH payments for all of our entities without having to produce 250+ files a day. Fidesic sends checks out on our behalf. Since it is web-based, we have been able to keep people safe during the pandemic by allowing them to work remotely. It integrates directly with our accounting software. Our AP process is incredibly efficient now. It integrated seamlessly with our Accounting system and the process to get approvals for invoices is simplified. The search feature is incredibly useful and allows our accounting team to search for any invoice we have received over time.
