## Fibery Reviews
  ### 1. Fibery is like LEGO. It's up to your creativity what you build with it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael Y. G. | Founder | Fractional COO / Operations Partner / Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I migrated from ClickUp+Notion+Trello+AI apps for video/audio transcribing and a bit from Miro. The superpowers of Fibery that I value the most are data relations (you can interlink all your data so your teams & what they do is connected to each other, no more silos), databases, formulas, reports, AI, living (!) whiteboards (you can convert your visualized thoughts into work items right away), API, server-side JavaScript support for things that are impossible or too difficult to setup with no-code appproach, and integrations with n8n, Make, ClickUp, Jira, and many others. I appreciate hyper flexibility of Fibery allowing me to setup things the way I want or my clients need. But it would be wise for you to start with Fibery right away, so you don't put yourself into the mindset of other tools & instead focus on your business processes, and Fibery adapts.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Nothing too serious yet. Perhaps, if your team uses Jira you may miss Jira's powerful workflows in Fibery. Fibery has workflows too. But they aren't Jira-kind. And yet Fibery's automations are simply awesome.

Fibery's whiteboards aren't as powerful as Miro's. There are no whiteboard templates in Fibery yet. But the data in your Fibery whiteboards most likely won't stay siloed as you can convert ideas into actual work items right away, and even add your work items on the whiteboard to discuss with your team.

I'm a Fractional COO & Operations Partner at Ignite Ops where we help startups & small businesses reduce stress, time & operational costs, and move things forward. I benefit now from my tech nerdic past to set things right in Fibery. Flexibility of tools like Fibery comes with your responsibility to understand what you're doing especially as your workspace grows. You can start small like with simple tasks & docs. But mostly people like me don't switch from ClickUp+Notion+whatever other tools because they were happy with them. At certain point you want to have both control & flexibility over your data, benefit from your business data analytics, stay sane as your workspace grows, reduce time & costs as your requirements grow mainly by killing your growing your app zoo subscriptions. Fibery does have some learning curve. But it's very organic + you don't start with a blank space anymore but can use some templates to start with and tweak them along the way. You learn as you needs grow. The detailed Guide + the responsive community forum help a lot.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Costs Savings. You won't need that many apps anymore to run your business. I killed few subscriptions in favor of Fibery like ClickUp, Notion, Grain AI (transcription service), started using Fibery's whiteboards more than Miro's since everything is then connected within the same workspace.
2. Data Business Analytics. I use reports & formulas - they are very powerful in Fibery. + Fibery AI will use your data to answer your questions AND even help you create formulas & build new data structures in your workspace. As an Agile Project Manager, I want to measure Lead Time, Cycle Time of our delivery processes, have a quick overview of new work vs defects to fix, so we serve clients better & work smarter as a team. I also need to plan capacity & allocations among other things. Here Fibery helps greatly too.
3. Siloed Data. It's not siloed anymore.
4. Knowing & Serving Your Customers. I record & analyze interviews with a help of built-in video transcribing & Fibery AI (you can choose one of the supported models) + since recently I can use n8n integration that in turn can be connected to many other AI models & things.
5. Sales & Networking. I've built my CRM the way I want it. I now stay on top of my network building & contact relationship management (not only clients but also peers!). I've built the email opening tracking with n8n. I can reply to the emails right from Fibery.
6. Content Marketing. Marketing is one of my pains as a consultant. Fibery helps me here too. I can setup content marketing space & benefit from AI. I'm only starting with this one though.

  ### 2. Just blown away...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooks J. | Consultant, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

There are some apps that, the more you use them, the more you love them - Fibery is one of those apps. This is perhaps one of the best-designed software apps I've ever used (in any category) - it's intuitive, extensible and complete. The folks who wrote this really put a lot of thought into the UX and architecture. Every time I turn around, I discover a new feature that enhances my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I wouldn't call this a "dislike" aspect, but Fibery has so many capabilities that it took me a while to fully ramp up. To be fair - it was usable right out the gate, and there's a fairly complete portfolio of templates, but I decided to roll my own, so I built my productivity-task manager from scratch. In hindsight, I would recommend using a template.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery cleanly delineates between different domains (e.g. project/program management and knowledge management). It comes with a number of fairly complete domain templates, but everything is extensible, so regardless of what I'm trying to do, I'm able to configure a suitable solution.

From a UX perspective, everything is hierarchical (nested projects, tasks, etc) and drag n drop - never bound to artificial sequences (e.g. name order).

This is a very future-proof tool.

  ### 3. Review of Fibery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro B. | Operational Manager, Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

What I love most about Fibery is how flexible and intuitive it is. It lets you tailor workflows to exactly fit your team’s needs, whether you’re managing projects, tracking ideas, or handling knowledge—all in one place. The ability to create your own structure makes it feel more like a personalized workspace, not just a generic tool. It's easy to get started and powerful enough to grow with you!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

One thing I find a bit tricky with Fibery is its learning curve. While it's super flexible, that means it can take some time to fully understand how to set things up the way you want. It’s not as “out-of-the-box” intuitive as some other tools, so you might need to invest a bit more time upfront to get everything just right.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery solves the problem of managing everything in separate tools by bringing tasks, knowledge, and collaboration into one unified platform. It helps me stay organized without switching between apps all the time, making things more efficient and less scattered. The customization options also mean I can build the workflow that works best for me, which saves time and keeps things clear.

  ### 4. The collective brain for your team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron B. | Founder and Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The pureness of the databases and the power of relationships really allows you to create almost anything. The team found it much easier to use than Asana, and were happier using it haha. One database can be across the whole app without needing to duplicate things and things getting lost. I love the priority of strucutured data, and having unstructured data live inside the structure.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It takes a lot of thought to set up. If you want to change processes, it may need rethinking and editing from things that are very low-level. With great power comes great responsibility type of deal.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logging and setting and following processes. As the team grew, we needed a place where we could keep track of the things going on, as people come and go. This is perfect!

  ### 5. A one-of-a-kind "everything app"

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilo F. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

It has an unparalelled level of customization; you are not railroaded into following a specific paradigm but you are given the tools to create your own.

Customization includes not only which fields do you want any given entity (I will call them "tickets" from now on for ease of understanding) you have, but also where in the individual ticket view or any of the varied general views are they located

It supports many-to-many relations in ways I haven't seen other apps do

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

With great power comes great responsibility, you do need to put in a lot of elbow grease into setting up the app before you start seeing outstanding results, especially in the more esoteric functionalities like actions and reports. If you don't, there will be no "magic", and you might as well pick some other app that already does what you want out of the box

Also, this may probably be a fundamental issue common to all "no code/low code" tools, but you do still need to have the mind of a programmer to make good use of features like formulae and automated actions. And then, as you *are* a programmer, as good as it is, you will still find it a bit restrictive compared to just writing code outright

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tries to solve the issue of requiring separate tools to support separate business processes. Like one tool for software development, one for product management, one for strategy, one for content writing and so on. A business is more than the sum of it's parts, and these different areas are usually related to one another, but it is difficult to see the relation if they are disjointed.

Because of the flexibility, FIbery can support all these separate use-cases simultaneously, so it can become the single source of truth for all members no matter which area they're in

  ### 6. A power PMO tool with AI Features Packed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackson P. | Manager - IT, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

One of the best things that I like about Fibery is the Consolidated Workspace. It's an awesome unique area on which we can easily manage the products or projects thta we develop. All tool and APIs can be brought together in this space. Fibery is packed with multiple other features and plugins that we can access easily without any hassel.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

After trying Fibery for about 14 months, I can honestly say that there is nothing that I dislike about Fibery.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery's unified workspace literally saves us a lot of time since everything that we need for product development is available on the central page. All filters and data sets can be customized to our need. With the help fo the Dynamic Roadmap feature we can create workflows that updates on it's own depending on changes that we made in the DataSet. Data Modelling and Visualization is done in seconds since the AI engine is working in the background real time. Any repetitive operation or notifications can be automated as per our process.
One of the most power feature is the inbuilt collaboration API, using this we can communicate with other team members within the tool itself.

  ### 7. A Great PM and Collaboration Combo Tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurian J. | Manager - IT, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I like the way that we can create inidvidual workspace for multiple teams or projects. We also have the flexibility to build web apps within each workflow.
Dashboards and reporting feature is one of the best that I've experienced.
Fibery has a host of other features that comes in handy.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I have been using Fibery for about 2 years and don't see anything that I should complain about. It's a great tool.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once the data is fed into Fibery it gives us multiple models and dashboards to view the information. It helps us to visualize the information in many ways. Each view can be customized according to our requirement. We do not have to toggle between apps while in the Unfified workspace. We are also able to sort our workflows using customized fields, filters and formulas.
Using the collaboration tools we can leave notes on each string to let other team members from any location to work accordingly.

  ### 8. Fibery is the perfect tool for people who like their tools to work the way they want.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Plenty of control to configure the data model and the user interface just how you want it.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

You need to be quite technical to configure it.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our six software development teams, enabling them to run their sprints, whilst giving the leadership team a 10,000ft view.
We also use it manage various other workflows and records within the business such as HR and training records.

  ### 9. Knowledge management as it should be

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex J. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I initially looked for a flexible tool for product management, but when when I started using Fibery, it was much more than I've expected. It is literally the best knowledge management platform, and I absolutely love how easy I can structure every piece of data, and configure it to perfectly fit our processes.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I'm happy with Fibery, can't find anything I dislike in it

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me full control over all product management routines I have

  ### 10. Great flexible time-managment tool for middle-size teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitriy G. | The Publisher and COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Our team works a lot at Fibery, it's a great pleasure, and we are very grateful! The sustainable existence of our voluntary-based project is largely ensured by the well-established processes, Scrum and the use of Fibery.

We use Fibery quite unconventionally. For example, we maintain the content plan of our media and distribution across social networks (Instagram and Telegram) there. It's a good example of the flexibility and adaptability of Fibery! We distribute tasks by sprints, store follow-ups and guides probably like everyone else!

While giving lectures on media management, we always mention Fibery and recommend the service!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Disadvantages were mostly related to the difficulty of switching to Fibery. All team members needed to get used to the new software and wide functionality. In the beginning it didn't seem intuitive, although in fact we just needed some time. It's also not extremely simple for the first setting of the workspaces but it takes only a couple of evenings to learn and adapt. Customer support at Fibery is very friendly and ready to help.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 11. Best tool for managing a startup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Its total flexiblity to map all our business processes. Before Fibery, we used 37 tools internally, without any data integration. With Fibery we could eliminate 27 of them and gain total control of all our data. No need for Zapier or similar anymore. Their product philosophy and their support is amazing

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Learning curve is a little bit steep, especially when you start creating your own automations.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One integrated data silo for all our internal processes

  ### 12. App that could help organizations to run their business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

This is the multi purpose app that could help companies to automate their business. It will be used on a daily basis. Need to integrate it with Google Workspace? - no problem, it is very easy. And Customer Support or Customer Success would make your live easier teaching you how to use this app.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It is not user friendly and we need to teach our people to use it, but it is that powerful that teaching people is not an issue anymore.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tasks, Projects management, ORK management, Team management.

  ### 13. The most powerful and flexible knowledge management platform for business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthikk V. | Head of Community, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Their databases, relations and views by far the most powerful in the market and apps like Notion and ClickUp can't stand a chance!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It is not as famous as it deserves to be

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an all in one solution for us. We use it for/as :
1. Knowledge base
2. Product Management End-to-End
3. CRM
4. HRM
5. CMS

  ### 14. Great product, great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Excellent customer service, smooth interface, frequent updates, great documentation. Very enjoyable experience to build out the internal systems our organization needs with lots of flexibility. The few minor bugs I've encountered were acknolwedged and fixed very quickly, usually within a day!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Lacks a development environment and ability to impersonate users to test permissions. The record view can't be customized per user/role or contain conditional items.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consoldating essential organizational information from various sprawling spreadsheets into a single trusted system.

  ### 15. Much better than others in the market so far!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hesam P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Very neat, very easy to use. Great structure which helps you to connect things with each other in a meaningful and trackable way. No extra features. The. best customer care we have experienced.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Absolutly nothing. We hope they get more attention from global users. They are much better than competitors.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work management. Finding inter-relations. Documentations.

  ### 16. Strong platform with great potential, difficulty finding its identity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel B. | Low code architect, founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The flexibility of the platform is what makes it really shine. The business logic that can be implemented with only a couple clicks is really impressive. The UI is also easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It's still a bit hard to get a good grasp on what exactly is Fibery and where it fits in a business stack. It's a took that can do it all, but might have too big of a learning curve for some specific tasks. It think it would benefit from having a clearer market positioning and addressable use cases.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery is very well-built for product management and product development. It has the capacity of linking all business and technical aspects of a product together, and streamlining a lot of otherwise disconnected processes.

  ### 17. Excellent tool for building company ERPs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vlad P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Flexibility, price, support, integration API (especially the ability to run custom JS).

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It would be perfect to have a more advenced access granting system so that I can provide access to certain views / tables or event entities, not to the whole space.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to build frontend and database part of out company ERP.

  ### 18. Fibery is a well thought and built process management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommaso B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is an extremely flexible tool, there is clearly a great work in the decision of which features to implement and how. I think they get right the "tool for everyhing but not configurable by everyone". With a basic understanding of JS it is possible to script all the process that can't be done with the UI features in a simple manner.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

The documents have margin for improvements , right now are "ok" . Also a better documentation a community reseources would help and

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery help us build processes for the whole company in an agile way

  ### 19. Excellent team, responsive UI, massive capability with some frontloaded setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleksiy Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Tools are really great, provide a lot of flexibility and are reliable. It takes some time to get things all connected to each other, but once its rolling, its a great system. The team is responsive and helpful. The pricing perks for startups is a nice bonus to help earlier stage companies get going with their tools. Integrations are plenty for most use cases.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Fibery works on European hours, so its a little bit more difficult to get day-of reply if you're looking for help after noon EST (probably more difficult for a company in California). Gcal integration could be improved to provide easy scheduling in Fibery (currently can only schedule in gcal and sync).

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal company functions, task management, project management, document and company wiki, employee workload management and oversight, KOL tracking, email processing

  ### 20. Transferred all processes from project management to finance to Fibery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aliaksandr A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The best thing is Fibery’s flexibility and the possibility to set up everything for your own needs without any compromises. Also, the ability to automate work and integration with Zapier.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I wish it were easier to create repeatable tasks (that happen, for example, three times a day). But, with powerful formulas, you can do almost everything, which is great :) One more thing I’d want to have is a mobile app. However, sometimes it's good that it's not there and there is no way to quickly login from the phone to work on the go — and you take time to really relax instead 😁

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Fibery we used a combination of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Slack.
We decided to move to a proper tool once we realized that information is scattered and it's hard to find things. Plus, as our company is scaling we started to build proper processes for clear client onboarding, smooth task tracking, and centralizing the data – it's good to have a single source of truth where all the information on tasks, clients, and projects lives.

  ### 21. I haven't found anything that comes close - and I've looked

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery provides the tools you need to build a workspace that fits your company's processes. As a construction project manager, there are way too many specialized software that create data silos, force you to use their products in a very specific way, and cost an arm and a leg to use. We want to have full access to our data, across all of our teams and processes, because when that data is connected and our teams knowledge and progress can be linked, it gives everyone the superpowers they need to save time and do their jobs more efficiently. And we are saving money while we are doing this. I highly recommend you try Fibery. Just create an account and try replicating one of your processes - you will become addicted to slowly transitioning every single process one by one.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It is completely customizable to what matters to me and my team. The relational database and automation capabilities are extremely flexible and easy to iterate on. And they have dynamic filtering of relationships that makes using it feel like magic. On top of this, there is constant upgrades to the item(entity) pages - which so many competitors ignore. So yes, you can create different views to see your items in a different way - but when you click on a specific item it doesn't feel like an afterthought - the item page has its own filtered views to visualize its unique relations. Which you can continually dig deeper and deeper into. This makes Fibery feel 3-dimensional where you can easily explore more and find what you need, when you need it.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery is flexible and extremely quick and easy to develop/iterate on. Retool has some nice shinier features, and the SQL connections has a lot of benefits, but I found it slower and harder to define your processes. Potentially better if you already have the perfect process defined and have more time/money to throw at implementing it. But every few months we slightly refine our processes in Fibery or bring on new teams in our company and new processes (all in my free time while doing my normal job). It's just that easy.

  ### 22. All-in-one solution to share knowledge, context and work together any Company on the Planet needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasiia Y. | Legal Process Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Easy nocode automations that could do anything that you want to have.
Super easy reference to anything else in Fibery or search through #
A very responsibe and proactive Support team. They indeed care and want you to succeed in Fibery.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

There is a not that wide amount of user rights of access to a space that I would like it to be.
In my case I wanted the type of a right where the user has the ability to create an entity in the space but does not see another entities (created by someone else).
However, the support team knows about this issue and assured me that they are woking on this.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Fibery is very flexible. You can search and reference other entities by typing # and you can automate a lot of processes.

  ### 23. An easy way to map processes and share information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elodie O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I work in a small organisation (up to 20 people), and we all aim to provide a quality product to our users. When Fibery was implemented, I had just started with the company, and the processes were more or less to be defined. I autonomously learned how to use Fibery, which was fairly simple and brought transparency to my team's operations. Collaborating with technical teams and using the tool to communicate clearly and synchronously was also beneficial. I've used Fibery to build onboarding programs, document processes for different teams, map internal and customer journeys and, more importantly, work with our technical team on building our product.

I love the logic behind it, how customisable it can be, the tool's design and navigation are great and pleasing to the eye!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Nothing! It's a well-rounded tool which brings transparency and efficiency to our processes and operations.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to bring processes to life with a visual and logic that helps make everything clear and transparent. Onboarding new people, sharing knowledge and best practices is made simple and egaging.

  ### 24. You can build anything you want in Fibery

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I freakin' love Fibery. The possibilities are INSANE! 😍

We're building The Ultimate Workspaces for solopreneurs. It's an all-in-one solution for clients, leads, notes, offers, strategy, projects, planning. The CRM part integrates with Calendly, Active Campaign, WooCommerce and all kind of systems so that your workspace is always up-to-date.

And when a client or leads come in... we've automated everything. Client onboarding/offboarding tasks, reminders after sending a proposal to a lead. Complete projects when a new offer comes in.

For everything you do more than once, we've made a task/project template. New product launches, onboarding a new team member, do your stay-out-of-jail administrative tasks etc. Will save a lot of time and prevent mistakes.

We are also building a content hub which is completely integrated with the CRM part. You can turn notes & information in forms into VOC data. Then write a content idea for that. Plus a whole system to repurpose your best content on different platforms.

And the knowledge hub is completely integrated with the strategic part. You will turn knowledge into tasks / goals / etc. so that you actually do stuff with all that knowledge.

With Fibery you can say goodbye to Notion, Google Doc, whatever PM tool you use, external data dashboards... And with the build in automations and formulas you can say goodbye to Zapier/Make etc. as well.

If you have the right vision, you can build everything inside Fibery. And the best part is their amazing customer support and weekly released. Their releases make me more happy than chocolate, and that says a lot 🤣

I've tried Trello, Notion and ClickUp but Fibery is the only software that can handle all my ideas.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Fibery has a learning curve; comparable to Notion. But on the other side it's the most flexible, stable and affordable tool I know.

What can be improved:
- The notifications
- The current user permission set up (not for every situation suitable)
- There is no standard functionality for such thing as 'a deadline' or 'a recurring task' --> you can make it work, but you need to build it yourself.
- Overall: sometimes I need to build a lot of workarounds to make something possible.

But that's also the great part; I didn't encounter anything so far that wasn't possible. And everything I miss is on the roadmap.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have everything in one tool. And because of that, I can connect everything together. CRM, Personal Knowledge Management (Second Brain), Project Management, Data Dashboards, Automations... the possibilities are endless because of their framework.

  ### 25. Fibery is good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Great UX, Intuitive Design, Very customisable. There support team is incredibly responsive, and the team feel passionate about developing a really cool product.

This app is the most complete i've used so far. It's been great for managing tasks and tracking progress at a personal level and a project level. It requires a bit of configuration, but that process is shockingly easy as well, and once it's set up its really great. Information can also be reconfigured on the fly really easily so it's super adaptable to evolving contexts.

It gives you just enough formatting for info to make it useful, without looking chaotic or confusing.

It can also double as a WIKI, which is very useful. Sure beats confluence.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Important integrations are there (e.g. Zapier), but they need more native integrations that don't go through zapier.

Some Views need some work and could be optimised. Info is all there, but they could optimise it more. E.g. their timeline view doesn't display short period events very well.

I just want to stress, these are little nitpicky things. Their app is so good that the glaring improvements are little tweaks to their UX.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main one is tracking tasks and related information. Fibery is just so easy to use and customise for how our team works. The tool adjusts to how we think and that is amazing.

  ### 26. Educational approach but too complicated

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noor D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

- The work by objective bit is really nice and how it shows up as a tag on all feature tickets
- The videos for the different templates are nicely done
- The book recommendation next to the "customer discovery" section is super helpful, I like the educational aspect of it.
- It has a lot of potential if some tweaks were to be made.
- I like the fact that I can make quick wireframes on the ticket directly, beats jira there easily.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

- Too many interaction costs, only POs assigned can make changes
- Im lost with this tool as the UX is not super clear and what I can do with different aspects of the page
- I think this tool is trying to do too much in one go, which increase the learning curve.
- Users expect to use your tool like the ones the already know, if im switchin over from asana, jira or trello - its hard to get a sense of whats going on. Id say it scores low on Hick's law
- Even for this review, i was asked to make an account and then proceed - too many interaction costs for a review.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- None as yet since Im still trying to understand the tool and navigate
- Collaboration within the product team reagarding new ideas and the objectives they cater to could be definite plus.

**Official Response from Kate Gemskaya:**

> Hello Noor!

Thanks a lot for taking the time to share your thoughts on Fibery - our team appreciates it. 💌

We totally get that our UX can be a bit tricky to navigate and it's not always clear what you can do with different parts of the page - we're working to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. Please share more thoughts and examples on this with us (here or using the chat on our website) and we'll consider it in the future.

And we do agree with you about the learning curve (and the fact that flexibility can be both 💪🏼 and 💩). ### 27. flexibility to work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony R. | consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

It is having a combination of document, task management and diagramming tools that have guaranteed the best results, connects structured data with unstructured data to always keep it in context and has optimized workflow increasing efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

When trying to have a conversation with support it is difficult because they do not respond to messages quickly and I have had to wait up to two days to resolve concerns

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

gives flexibility to automate certain processes that could be repetitive and thus increases efficiency and reduces workflow

  ### 28. Most flexible tool for anything you do that I've found!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronen B. | Co Founder & Manager, Architecture & Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I like that you can customize Fibery to fit exactly what you do. Being able to interconnect any data in it and also from the outside feels like a superpower

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Fibery is currently weak on whiteboarding and support for image-intensive or image-based process

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a startup, they are super kind, offering it free for a year! Using it we could model our workflow and process as we start with their startup template, which is great. It is not an easy concept to start with, but they offer great docs and do lots of webinars to support getting started. Their support is stellar!

  ### 29. It is not a tool, It is a platform!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas H. | User Experience Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

You can create your own tool for almost everything.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I use it for every task I have, so I found some missing features, but these ar minor :)

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every product management tool has some limitations because is based on one methodic. Also you have to integrate more tools, when you need connection to your knowledge base, planning tool, task management etc. In Fibery you can create your own system with all aspects above.

  ### 30. The most versatile collaborative work management tool I ever seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Focus on the right things in the product. Custom data types(custom fields), their relations, and automation are done pretty well. You will definitely depend on such features when you scale your org.

Also, I like that Work Unit(Project, OKR, etc) and Tree of them exists in the same system(I also like Miro, but for some tasks, it's enough to have only Fibery). The same thing to the business process of its artifacts and docs(sometimes it's enough to have only Fibery w/o Notion)

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I faced a few minor bugs. It might be that I'll find something more critical in the future, but not now.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to create entities that fit your existing business process, not vice versa. Organasi it clear and observable way and connect top objectives and activities with everything you need.

  ### 31. Incredible support, flexible automations and custom integrations simplifies complex business logic.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominik W. | Senior Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

In our journey with Fibery we faced some deeper problems in implementing our business logic, but the support team of Fibery came to the rescue. Without the support team we wouldn't have been able to accomplish parts of our implementation. They never let you alone with your problem.
I also want to mention that you can do very much with automated processes in Fibery.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

We encountered some bugs and issues here and there. Impedimented our work, but support helped us.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main role of Fibery for us is to centralize and connect our services in daily business.
It helps us to get more things done in one place and minimize actions in other services.
Not to forget overviews and stuff like that to get more information on the first sight.

  ### 32. Excited to use a CRM and Kanban again. Saved me from missing a key Client detail already.

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Great UX. Love the Freedom and the user power. LLM AI features makes me believe in this product's future. Finally having an API is great. Can't wait to add some more custom LLM AI automations to this ourselves (already played around with a few bits here)

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Not the best API docs. Would be great to see some standardized OpenAPI docs or just clearer docs with better examples. The cricket player examples aren't the best imo.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM, Kanban, Async Comms

  ### 33. The most thoughtful work and knowledge management solution out there with an incredible team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The UI/UX is phenomenal. The balance between flexibility and performance is unmatched. It is an amazing system that lets you start building a relational database around your process and flow right out of the box, and it just works better than any alternative (Coda, Notion, Clickup... blows them all out of the water)

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Very little. If I had to pick something, it would be that fibery is a young product with a small (but growing) team that still has a long way to go. However, given that it's best-in-class right now, it's hard not to see that as a positive.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task Management, Project Management, Internal Wiki, Vendor Database, Rolodex, CRM.
Imagine every business and work system was intelligently connected in a way that always provided the right context, eliminated data silos, and prevented the constant re-entering (and never-finding) of data. That's fibery.

  ### 34. The perfect tool to craft your work operating system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is not just a blank canvas where you can draw any process you want. It provides out of the box features that really power up complex work, like linked tables, N:N relationships, internal hyperlinks, automations, whiteboards, markdown and much more, without having to wire up multiple tools via Zapier or such. For knowledge work (project management, knowledge base, wikis, collaboration, etc.) it's a boon!!!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Still have to find something I actually dislike.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using to take project notes, store references/links for future inspiration, track customers, projects, tasks, issues, decisions, wiki, and even fundraising. I've long looked for a tool that provided me with the opportunity to link both structured (tables) and unstructured (markdown) data as a team knowledge base, wiki, and project management space. I can say that with Fibery I've found it.

  ### 35. To be my best efficient tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yawen Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Its powerful charting features allow me to achieve almost all my personalized needs; its easy-to-use automation features make me save a lot of time; its easy-to-use UI design allows me to edit and preview data quickly

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Lack of a cover preview function available like Notion

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To record my daily work and to analyze how I spend my time and what's wrong with them. I use it to do a daily review to understand what I did well today, what I didn't do well, and where I can improve

  ### 36. Fibery is an extremely versatile platform with amazing support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg B. | Chief Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is capable of modelling all sorts of different business domains. There are many of templates to start you off and give you ideas of what you can do. But it's also very simple to go beyond these and completely customise it to your individual needs.

What's even better is the support. From how to achieve more complicated scenarios to problems or suggestions, the support team is super friendly, approachable and helpful. Big ups to them!

There are constantly new features coming out. I always look forward to seeing what is coming next.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

The only problems that I have with Fiber are already on their backlog and being actively worked on. So I guess my biggest issue with FIbery is the number of hours in the day that they have to develop it :)

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing data across many parts of the business, from software development, devops, hardware manufacture, workshop management, recruiting, project management, product roadmap.

  ### 37. Easy, flexible, increase the efficiency of work and apply as appropriate in every business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** THEERAPON W. | Operation Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Before I chose Fibery, I experimented with tools to meet my company's software development needs. The conditions that I have to choose my software are: The system can easily plan the project's timeline, Process conditions can be set to suit my company's work, Additions and modifications are as simple as using excel or a sheet, and can calculate working hours, set formulas to calculate by ourself, can estimate project costs, Easy to communicate with the team and to be used for everyday team meetings. I have compared more than 10 similar tools and I found that Fibery is the tool that is able to meet all my needs. Therefore, I choose to use Fibery in project management, and software development. So far I have been using fibery for 2 years. Fibery tools never stand still. New useful abilities are always being developed. And the tools have been developed to be easier and more suitable for use. So I am confident that this tool will continue to improve the efficiency of my team as well.
As for connecting to other systems, fibery makes it easy to connect to my tools like slack and email. There is also an API that allows me to use a system I developed myself. Easy to connect to Fibery such as Time Attendant system etc.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I think Fibery is an ever-evolving tool. Something I thought I'd like to have in fibery, which I wasn't waiting long, It happened in Fibery.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My work processes are applied to suit the organization which Normal tools are defined to work according to the format that is available only, but Fibery we can customize the process according to my work process.

  ### 38. Powerful, flexible, visionary, and progressing rapidly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oshyan G. | Partner Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

What defines Fibery and sets it apart is its flexibility and the interconnection of information in different workflows that can result. This flexibility not only allows you to define a data model and workflow for nearly any process, but it also allows you to build and integrate multiple previously separate processes on a shared, interconnected data model. There is no other tool that can be quite as flexible while remaining easy to use and accessible even at the administrator-level. There are more powerful systems, or aspects of tools like e.g. Coda that can do things that Fibery can't (yet) do, but in the vast majority of cases it is more complex and difficult to set things up in those tools. Fibery does a great job of balancing flexibility with ease of use at all levels.

Fibery's other great strength is its integration engine. For any natively-supported integration (an ever-growing list of apps like Github, Jira, Airtable, Notion, Intercom, etc.), you get a nearly complete mirroring of data from the source system into Fibery. Most of the integrations are one-way, read-only, which is to say Fibery can pull in the data but not make changes in the target system, so this is a notable limitation. But even still this is a remarkably powerful capability. Once the data is in Fibery, you can "enrich" it by both adding new fields as well as adding relations to connect external data to your other data and processes internally. You can also set up automations based on all this. So for example you can pull in your Hubspot contacts and tickets, associate those tickets with an internal issue tracking setup, development prioritization, etc., and then automate the creation of e.g. new dev tasks when a Ticket comes in that matches certain criteria. The possibilities are endless, and the tools to manage it are fairly intuitive and capable.

Now, since this flexibility is its main strength, it is not necessarily going to compete directly with some dedicated tools in particular areas of work. If you are happy with the structure of existing tools and the connection of your data that is already available to you (or not) in other systems, then it's not going to provide you as much benefit. Setting it up to work in these kinds of "standard" ways is absolutely possible, it just takes time (there are many templates available to get you started more quickly on standard workflows though!). And even in that case, if you anticipate a likelihood of growing needs over time, you may be able to save yourself time, money, or both by creating a more "standard" workflow in Fibery that you can then expand and customize for your changing needs.

If you are like me, and many other startups and other small businesses, and your needs don't seem to be covered "out of the box" by any existing tool, then you'll really find Fibery to be a breath of fresh air. I run a real estate development company, hardly what you would consider the core use case for Fibery, and yet it adapted extremely well to our needs. Imagine being able to track every aspect of a property, from financial data (buy/sell price, annual taxes, etc.), to development tasks and progress (site improvements, environmental studies, etc.), to maintenance (backflow testing, brush clearing and trash removal), and then relate that to equally comprehensive data on building construction, property sales or purchase processes, loans, contacts and companies, and more. All the data interconnects and can be segmented as much (or as little) as you want, which makes it better even than some other tools (like e.g. Airtable) that may be able to implement a similar level of detail for databases, but which are far more cumbersome and limited in terms of access to and interconnection of data.

One of the dangers of flexible, "no code" platforms is that because the UI is not customized, it is easy for your own administration and setup to result in sub-par UX for the actual users of the system. In Fibery this is possible too, of course, but unlike many other tools the core UI and UX are in general much more well thought-out, which helps to minimize the chance that the flexibility and customization let you create a fundamentally frustrating UX for people. A good example of this in comparison to Notion is that Rich Text Fields in Fibery can be repositioned anywhere, and you can have as many as you want per "Entity" (what Notion calls "pages"). In Notion, even with the newer ability to hide some Properties, you *still* have all your DB properties at the top of the page, above your rich text content. For some situations this is desirable, but for many others it's not. Fibery has fields *alongside* the rich text area(s), which is much, much better UX. That's just one example of where Fibery's team clearly thought through the user experience much more than Notion did as it built out flexible features and customization.

So Fibery is pretty great already. But what really ensures my ongoing enthusiasm for the team and product is their openness and especially their clearly-articulated vision for the goals of work and knowledge management, and their ideas for how to get there. No other current tool I know of is clearly thinking as deeply about not just "How do we make the best implementation of current work management?" (e.g. ClickUp, Monday, Asana), but "What would be a better way to manage work if we could implement the ideal process?". Fibery's many articles and white papers articulate a vision for the interconnection and re-use of knowledge, data, and conversation that demonstrates a vision beyond that expressed by any other tool that I'm aware of.

The other thing I want to mention is that the team behind Fibery has a lot of good experience (founder Michael Dubakov helped start Target Process as well) and I think this is partly responsible for their excellent consistency in feature updates and fixes (often weekly releases, monthly at a minimum). The transparency of the dev process has also been great, with (mostly) monthly updates from Michael on the progress of the product, including setbacks, challenges, etc. This is really refreshing when compared to products like Notion which are the opposite of transparent, and where you only find out about the reason for big delays and challenges well after the fact (e.g. API, localization), if at all.

In addition to this they have an active user community in their forums, where several of the team also interact fairly frequently. Again this contrasts sharply with tools like Notion where, yes sometimes you'll get an acknowledgement on e.g. Twitter, but real conversations back and forth seldom happen, and *never* with the actual devs (it's always indirect, with a support rep, etc.). I've had detailed and specific feature discussions with the Fibery team and it's incredibly satisfying to have that much input into the process. Of course not everything will be implemented exactly as I prefer, but to know my voice is being listened to is so much more satisfying than the opaque interactions with many other companies.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Now of course Fibery is not perfect. They are still relatively early in development and miss a lot of features you may already depend on in other tools. One of the biggest and most important in my view is proper "notifications". There is a "Notifications" button, but the actual use of it is cumbersome and limited, and there is little "active" notification functionality. The best you can do is have all notifications sent to email, which works for letting you know of some things, but is still not ideal. You can now set up date-based notifications (or indeed notifications on nearly any criteria, with Automations), but the actual process to do this is way more complex than it should be, and the results are cumbersome in practice. I know this is something they're working on, along with many other things. And in the meantime we can live with the downsides. The other capabilities we get from the existing functionality already make it a better tool for our needs than anything else we've seen out there, and we've looked at *a lot*, from the well-knowns like Coda, Airtable, and Notion, to lesser-knowns like Infinity, Ninox, Tabidoo, and more.

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

I would primarily recommend Fibery only if your current tools, or others you are considering, are lacking in flexibility, or ease of use when addressing large amounts and varying types of data. It is not going to be an ideal replacement for dedicated task or project management tools (although you can do both fairly effectively within it). It's not going to replace spreadsheets for all purposes, and in some cases apps like Notion might fit your needs better. But if you are considering Notion or Airtable or Coda and you haven't looked at Fibery yet, I'd give it a strong recommendation for that kind of work.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a real estate business and using Fibery allows me to create a highly customized and interlinked database to document a huge range of varying information and entities, and relate them to each other in intuitive and functional ways. From any property I can find details about the broker who is selling it, the entity that owns it, prior transactions on the property, any maintenance needs, etc. I also track financial data, and can easily chart things like e.g. sales volume vs. sale price over time, sales by area, etc. And because of the flexibility to create unlimited Databases and connect them freely, I can segment the data so that no one "view" becomes overwhelming with information. It's all segmented yet interconnected. This saves a lot of time, energy, and frustration as there is a huge amount of information to manage in a real estate business.

In addition to this, I also use and recommend Fibery for my independent Technology Consulting work, where it is used for a wide variety of purposes. Its flexibility means it can be as applicable to a small bakery's cost and recipe management, to a software development team's feedback and development management.

  ### 39. Flexible digital workspace with outstanding customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is super flexible and very when building the digital work environment. It was pretty easy for us to set up and just start because there are a lot of templates for different use cases.
In the meantime, we have expanded and personalized almost everything the way we needed it.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

The views are sometimes a bit overloaded and not as flexible as the rest of the system. You get used to it, but it is sometimes challenging to get all the information in the first place.
Furthermore, I accidentally deleted a space (like the basic layer in Fibery). Unfortunately, there is (at the moment, DEC 22) no functionality to restore a space. For all the other Layers and structures, the Backup works just fine, and it would save a lot of headaches if a backup function were implemented for spaces too.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery is our everything tool at the moment. Sales, Marketing, HR, Logistics, Project Management and even Purchasing. It is like an ERP but much easier and faster to set up and customize.

  ### 40. Great content creation, collaboration,. and knowledge management app

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Creating content, including articles/blogs, workflows, and data-powered content is very easy and powerful.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Not much; some of the content editing tools are not as powerful as other apps, but it has not taken away from the experience.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping capture client requirements and rapidly prototpye solutions; we are able to centralize our content in one place.

  ### 41. Incredibly powerful tool to fuel your growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno M. | CIO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Very customisable and powerful. Loads of integrations and quite easy to start using. And it grows as your company grows, your imagination is the limit. It's well rounded in almost everything.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It lacks the general polishing of other more specialised tools but it more than makes up for it in potential.
Performance is not ideal for all the use cases and the API isn't as powerful as others.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to get product teams aligned on the development process and also to communicate internally to the company the current statuses and challenges.
It allows us to automate many things, so it saves us loads of time and it's an all-in-one tool for now.

  ### 42. Awesome solution for product development

Fibery is a platform that allows you to tailor any business or software development process to your requirements. You don't have to change how you work; instead, it adapts to your preferred ways of working. Not just that; their templates are brilliantly designed and give you a framework for many business processes. I have only been using it for a week, but switching to Fibery was a breeze, and I quickly imported the work items from our previous tool here. The databases, the rules, the automation, and the bi-directional links, are compelling together. We have already started seeing the benefits of the new tooling, and I will update this review as we learn more. I hope they continue to invest in building a great product and hyper-growth doesn't get in the way.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I understand the product is evolving quickly; however, here are some features I hope will improve over time. We have started using Fibery to host the developer wiki, which seems reasonable. The only thing we miss here is that the search function does not have a choice to search exclusively within documents rather than across all entities. It would be great if Fibery had a way for a user to restrict the search to documents only. The only other point is that the whiteboard feature is currently not a suitable replacement for a standalone diagramming tool. I noticed a few issues in the whiteboard, which will probably resolve as this feature matures. I believe documents along with a good diagramming tool, would make a potent combination.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery gives us a good solution for managing our product and development process. It provides us with a way to connect the different processes within the company. I am honestly surprised that this existed, yet I didn't know about it until recently!

  ### 43. Fibery has changed the way we work!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

* Easy to use, easy to maintain!
* Able to collect and connect all our data

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

* Automation's a bit tricky
* Permissions can be weird
* No development / staging function.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to connect all our data - we started by using it as for CRM and have expanded outwards to cover everything.

  ### 44. Come for product management; stay for extensibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

There are some workflows that simply aren't possible or extremely clunky in other tools that appear to be thoughtfully accounted for in Fibery. As a product leader, it's the first tool that will truly take you through the entirety of the product lifecycle--from corporate and product strategy, to goal-setting, to customer and product discovery, to development and go-to-market. This is largely thanks to the whiteboard that integrates with your structured data, in-line references and annotations, formulas, reporting, and completely hackable automations. But it's also that, given how flexible it is, it feels like the first tool that was meant to be changed. You aren't going to build the perfect app the first time, but it doesn't feel punishing to extend it later.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

One-way import integrations with other tools is relatively straightforward, but one of the purported promises of Fibery is two-way sync, so you can use Fibery as your command center to affect other apps. The 2-way syncs are so sporadic and complex, though, I have yet to realize the benefit of them without just using custom automations. (You can do this however, via Zapier, Make, or good ol' JS + API.) There are also still some rough edges. The rich text documents could really benefit from embeds (native reports, native whiteboards, Figma, native views). The whiteboards integrated with structured data are the killer feature but are still kind of clunky. The way data tables relate to each other is so easy, but then some unexpected things don't work depending on how you set up your relations.

These are frustrating to me mainly because it's obvious the vision is there, and I don't want to wait any longer for it to be reality!

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My primary use case is product management.

I first needed a true product system of record: strategy, insights, goals, reporting, research, feedback, experiments, plans, requirements, documentation, and delivery tasks and projects.

I needed one where these were all first-class citizens (not dressed-up tags) and all connected, so I could use them for different contexts, e.g., reporting to the board and for getting shit done.

I needed one I could customize, especially for the prioritization framework but also for the actual discovery and delivery processes.

And of course it needed to talk to my other tools that weren't going away, like GitLab, SendGrid, Slack.

I have used or trialed virtually every option out there--ProductBoard, Harvestr, Airfocus, Craft, Aha, Notion, Clickup, Airtable, DragonBoat, ProdPad, Orbit, Ally, DoubleLoop, and so many I haven't listed--and it's the only one flexible enough to do all the work.

Because of its flexibility, we've already extended it to the leadership team as a place to store strategy and reporting.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ollie F. | Operations Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The flexibility of fibery allows me to set up databases and relations to be able to run my business the way I picture it in my head. There are barely any compromises and I can surface valuable insights. The support staff are very responsive and knowledgeable. I never feel like I'm being fobbed off by someone who doesn't understand their platform (an issue I've face with other platforms recently.) I have been able to set everything up exactly how I want with their help. Feature requests and bug reports are also noted and followed through on quickly.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

There is a reasonably steep learning curve but the helpful support mitigates this considerably. There are many ways to achieve what you want, so sometimes there is reworking of things while you get started.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking all leads and giving excellent charts to show data. Managing content creation across a team confidently. Team communication is much better with Fibery.
