**What do you like best about FGI?**

The most amazing feature of FGI is the model and architecture of the software. It is a one stop solution for all the financial needs of any budding small scale financial business. It provides Loans, Credit analysis, Invoicing and what not at one single platform.

**What do you dislike about FGI?**

Integration of FGI within the existing finance management can be a little tricky as the documentation is not well equipped to configure it on your own. And the pricing model is not very affordable for any newbies in the industry.

**What problems is FGI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has automated all my finance associate processes under one roof and hence became more efficient. Another advantage is the analysis of all the transactions has been easier than it used to be in the traditional way earlier.
