Most recently, FFW assisted us with adding an icon to make sure that our website displayed the full gamut of our social media properties. It is a flaw in the Drupal system that icons are only readily available to add via the CMS for a few major platforms, and development help was necessary. Realizing that this would be a bit of a time consuming project, FFW advised us of the most cost effective timing in order to fit it within our regular allotment around other more critical updates to be addressed. Additionally, not long ago, our pages simply stopped loading with no discernible cause. It was our luck that the FFW representative was in town that week and had scheduled a meeting with us for that day. As soon as it came up, the representative whipped out his laptop and had it solved in under 5 minutes, showing us a quick remedy should it ever happen again. By the end of the day he had reached out to our host on our behalf to discuss possible causes, and by the next day sent us the various solutions that had been suggested with their relative costs and his personal recommendation. They are always readily available via Basecamp and are incredibly responsive and resourceful. No question is too small or too big, and they have yet to fail to come back with a satisfying answer within 24 hours. Sometimes it is a solution we are ready to implement right away, but they are also very conscious of our budget and the time it would take to implement a request, and are clear about laying out pros and cons of all the options.
