  ### 1. The easiest and most comprehensive feedback widget!

**What do you like best about Feedefy?**

The widget is super easy to install and unlike many competitors, you can do that even if you're non-technical. You still have the option to attach it to a custom button in your code, but that's not required.

Very nice customizations available, so I can brand the widget under my product.

Oh, and users love the 1-click screenshot when reporting bugs! So effortless. Although some competitors have this, the screenshot isn't always accurate. Not Feedefy - it shows exactly what the users see, so there's definitely some magic at play there.

Customer support is simply amazing! I had my issues fixed so fast.

Since using Feedefy, my users have been sending me feedback much more often than before and I find myself in the dashboard every day.

Highly recommend Feedefy!

**What do you dislike about Feedefy?**

It doesn't have a voting feature, but the founder said it's on the roadmap, so I don't mind waiting. After all, it's a very new product and I've already seen how fast they ship!

**What problems is Feedefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes feedback collection, bug reports, and idea submissions as easy as adding a one-liner into your product. The end result is that more of my product's users are enticed to communicate without me having to reach out to them.
