Easy to implement & use. Great customer service

The widget is super easy to install and unlike many competitors, you can do that even if you're non-technical. You still have the option to attach it to a custom button in your code, but that's not required. Very nice customizations available, so I can brand the widget under my product. Oh, and users love the 1-click screenshot when reporting bugs! So effortless. Although some competitors have this, the screenshot isn't always accurate. Not Feedefy - it shows exactly what the users see, so there's definitely some magic at play there. Customer support is simply amazing! I had my issues fixed so fast. Since using Feedefy, my users have been sending me feedback much more often than before and I find myself in the dashboard every day. Highly recommend Feedefy!
