What do you like best about Feedbackly?

What I like best about Feedbackly is the simple fact that it is the only question-based feedback I have ever taken that asks how you felt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feedbackly?

Unlike other tools in the market for CXM, Feedbackly has a modern user interface. The look and feel of the survey design forms and also the possibility of customizing the customer surveys is highlight of product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedbackly?

Lack of interfacing capabilities with other systems. We are predominantly a Microsoft product usage organization. Getting responses and analytics from Feebbackly to our Dynamics Sales and Service applications was tedious. This kind of integration is out of the box in tools like Customer voice. This is a useful software for businesses to track their customers' emotions with the objective of improving service. This has a huge potential for using analytics to increase both product visibility via effective marketing strategies and increase revenue via increased sales. What do you dislike about Feedbackly?

Creating a custom survey form with Feedbackly is really easy and quick. I can create a good survey in under 30 minutes. The reports are also detailed and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
