At Goldman, a blanket verification approach doesn't survive internal audit scrutiny, so being able to assign distinct MFA flows by user segment was a genuine requirement, not a nice-to-have. AD and Entra integration held up at our scale, remote resets reduced early-morning helpdesk pressure, and the IVM module meaningfully tightened our exposure to social engineering at the service desk level. **What do you dislike about FastPass SSPR?** The admin interface is functional but clunky onboarding new IT staff to it takes longer than it should. Native reporting is also thin for a regulated environment. The platform can be deployed at a single customer, a group of companies, or a managed service provider. In all scenarios, it can update the password cache if the end user is not in the office, help the MSP/helpdesk to verify the identity of someone with a support requirement and offer a wide variety of veriification options in the self-service process. **What do you dislike about FastPass SSPR?** The tool's unique features sometimes gets lost in the sea of other offerings in the market. Unique offerings that I like, for instance MSP module or IVM, get compared to general password reset solutions. Some looks might be dated.
