I can easily integrate my all social account to save my time. Their cosmomer support is more friendly than others. I like it. **What do you dislike about Fanbooster?** When Fanbooster is social management tool then how will I find something to dislike. Yes, some design need be improved and more feautres need to be added. But for me It's ok. **What problems is Fanbooster solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can easily manage my all social account at one place with the help of fanbooster. it's sheduling feautre is best for me. ### 2. I first started using that tool in the Spring of 2019. It didn't change very much when Traject acquired it, except that the pricing went up, and the customer service was less attentive. As a tool, it pretty much remained the same. I always loved the tool because it was an all-in-one. Social publishing, listening, and analytics altogether. **What do you dislike about Fanbooster?** I still now wish that the tool had performed better, because it would have been worth keeping for that reason. Unfortunately, there were just too many glitches, and too many times when a post just didn't publish. Managing as many projects as I do, I can't keep my eye on eac one every hour of every day and need to know that when I schedule a post, it's going to go live when it's supposed to. **Recommendations to others considering Fanbooster:** It appears that Fanbooster is no longer accepting new clients and is sunsetting its product. They now recommend using Sendible and Loomly. **What problems is Fanbooster solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems I had solved by using Fanbooster was that I could manage a larger number of projects, with publishing and analytics, at a lower price than other social publishing website offer. ### 4. It makes it easier to schedule content, but will it actually post is always the question! **What do you dislike about Fanbooster?** Endless bugs and ZERO responsiveness from customer service. The second star is only because, when Fanbooster works it works well and makes life easier as a Social Media Manager with over 50 accounts. When it doesn't work - GOOD LUCK! The responsiveness of their "team" is nonexistent. The bugs are frequent, the responsiveness of customer support rare, resolution time - when's the second coming because it will probably happen right around then. We are going to be looking into alternate software at this point. I would not recommend Fanbooster at to anyone who wants to keep their sanity, it's more trouble than it's worth. **Recommendations to others considering Fanbooster:** Avoid. **What problems is Fanbooster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stops posting to different platforms for no discernable reason. The customer care team doesn't care, and there is no response to urgent issues. The billing always works perfectly, however. If you need to track and manage your work Fanbooster is just for you. I really like Fanbooster its because easy to use, gives you correct things and 1 tool for everythingh you need. When i was new in social media management my company gives this and i start to use so now i can say i improve myself and my work quality with Fanbooster. **What do you dislike about Fanbooster?** I can say there is too may things that i do not like about Fanbooster but maybe some options can be improve maybe company can check other competitors of it and add similar function like them but over all i am happy to use and recommend it. It can be more free analytics tool for freelance people to use. **Recommendations to others considering Fanbooster:** I think Fanbooster is the easiest and right tool if you are looking for social media management for you or for your company. We are using for such a long time and not thinking of quitting. There is any other tool like Fanbooster but i can say that Fanbooster is the correct option for you to choose. I'm sure it will be added soon though. **Recommendations to others considering Fanbooster:** There are cheaper options, but make sure your choice is going to be able to keep up with your growth. Social Report offers us an expandable platform and all the features we could ask for and they are continuously adding features and capabilities. **What problems is Fanbooster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use many different methods to post for our clients. The user interface isn't as flashy and elegant as other social media management tools, but it's not bad.
