I used Fanbooster from before, when it was SocialReport. I first started using that tool in the Spring of 2019. It didn't change very much when Traject acquired it, except that the pricing went up, and the customer service was less attentive. As a tool, it pretty much remained the same. I still now wish that the tool had performed better, because it would have been worth keeping for that reason. Unfortunately, there were just too many glitches, and too many times when a post just didn't publish. Managing as many projects as I do, I can't keep my eye on eac one every hour of every day and need to know that when I schedule a post, it's going to go live when it's supposed to. Endless bugs and ZERO responsiveness from customer service.

The second star is only because, when Fanbooster works it works well and makes life easier as a Social Media Manager with over 50 accounts. When it doesn't work - GOOD LUCK! The responsiveness of their "team" is nonexistent.

The bugs are frequent, the responsiveness of customer support rare, resolution time - when's the second coming because it will probably happen right around then.

as a social media worker Fanbooster type of tool, i need everyday. If you need to track and manage your work Fanbooster is just for you. I really like Fanbooster its because easy to use, gives you correct things and 1 tool for everythingh you need. I can say there is too may things that i do not like about Fanbooster but maybe some options can be improve maybe company can check other competitors of it and add similar function like them but over all i am happy to use and recommend it.
