As participants of the accelerator program of Factory Berlin we can highly recommend this program to any tech entrepreneur. Factory Berlin provide you with all the necessary things to incubate your start-up in Berlin.

**What do you like best about Factory Berlin?**

The collaborative mentality and the creativity around us, and also to see all working very hard to succeed is the best influence to grow your business. We also received individual couching and advices in different workshops.

**What do you dislike about Factory Berlin?**

Sometimes when I am talking with my phone, people says that it is a bit noisy in the background. It is difficult to have a separately room for myself 100% of the time. We are in a shared working environment.

Here you have a 24/7 open environment to success!!

**What problems is Factory Berlin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incubation of a tech company (Extheria GmbH), exchange of ideas, interaction with smart minds, workshops, couching, connection with investors, experts, students... Everyone helps in different ways!

They worked very hard to create a space to incubate tech startups in Berlin. Some startups are working 24/7. Very smart minds across different industries are working together to succeed.

**What do you like best about Factory Berlin?**

It is the right environment for growing a business. It provides a platform for innovation and collaboration. Team members also receive full individual coaching and support from experts on the way through events and workshops.

**What do you dislike about Factory Berlin?**

Sometimes it is a bit noisy, especially when you need to focus on a hard topic or when you want to talk on the phone without interruptions. All the spaces are shared. 

**Recommendations to others considering Factory Berlin:**

It is a community.

**What problems is Factory Berlin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing spaces with other teams that have the same ambitious and are in similar situations motivates you and helps you to save some money at the beginning of your business.
