It is a time-consuming and costly process - some people sound good on paper but are actually unsuitable when you meet them face to face (after flying interstate for the interview) and some don't bother showing up at all. It all ends up being educated guesswork. That's why we created FaceCruit - to take the guesswork out of the hiring process. FaceCruit is an online video interview system. It allows you to create questions which you then send to suitable candidates for pre-screening. They respond to the questions in an interview-like fashion - they can't rehearse their answers. You can then view, review and share their responses where and whenever you want. ## FaceCruit Reviews ### 1. And has also helped me hire people that showed character in a short video response, that would otherwise have not made the shortlist based on written CV alone. **What do you dislike about FaceCruit?** They're a fairly young company so there are occasionally a couple of bugs that pop up but their customer service is great and they always sort them out straight away. **What problems is FaceCruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small business and hiring/recruitment seems to take up a huge amount of time - Facecruit has more than halved the time we take shortlisting candidates and more again in the interview process, as we tend not to include as many on the interview calendar having had many of our questions already answered to camera. ### 2. The website could use a bit of a modernization on the visuals, but I heard that is happening. **Recommendations to others considering FaceCruit:** Give it a try and that should be enough for you to make a decision. **What problems is FaceCruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** A huge time saver and allows us to vet more candidates that we otherwise make gut decisions on based solely on their CV. ### 5. I can see their work, but can I work with them...
