No issues so far. It's a very user friendly, well organized, simple design. Automatic reminder to signers are very convenient. Clients have not had any issues with signing promptly. The 'proof' document also provides good backup support if needed. The drag-and-drop feature is very quick to use. Templates are also helpful and I plan on creating more. Client files are automatically archived after 180 days of inactivity. If that's what happened, you can still find the file in your archived folders, although it cannot be reactivated. If the signing process wasn't completed, we recommend creating a new file with the same title, adding something like "Part 2" or "Continued" to make it easy to identify.
I like that the eZsign platform is quite user-friendly and that it is available in French. For the use I make of it, everything suits me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The files that are archived cannot be unarchived. This forces me to recreate a file each year for my recurring clients, because the files have been automatically archived by eZsign and cannot be retrieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We understand how this can be inconvenient when working with recurring clients. We are currently developing a new feature that will allow users to copy an existing file. This will make it much easier to reuse archived files without having to recreate everything from scratch.
