What I like most about eZsign is the ability to send multiple documents for signature at the same time while controlling the order in which they are released and completed, ensuring each step of the process happens at the right time and by the right person. The template feature is another piece I like because it allows me to create standardized documents and quickly reuse them whenever needed. I also appreciate the ability to track where a document is in the signing process, especially when there are multiple signatories involved, as it provides clear visibility into who has signed and who is still pending. Another significant benefit is the ability to revise an existing template instead of building a new one from scratch, which saves hours of work and makes updates much more efficient. It also helps create a more professional and seamless onboarding experience by ensuring documents are organized, consistent, and completed in a timely manner. Being able to include our company logo to the emails sent out with documents is a bonus feature and we are able to integrate more than one logo depending on the folder the document is being sent from. While eZsign offers strong functionality, there is a learning curve for some of the more advanced administrative features and workflows. Certain aspects of the user interface could be more intuitive, particularly when managing templates and document settings. I have to convert my fillable PDFs into flattened versions for eZsign to accept them. It’s not a huge deal, but it does add an extra step to my process. I’d also prefer if the date were a separate field instead of being tied to the signature field. I also haven’t been able to categorize or organize my folders very well—this may be a limitation of the plan I’m on, or it could be related to how I’m using the system. I love the simplicity of eZsign and how it eliminates the need for physical travel to get and send signatures. It's super convenient since we have rental properties in various regions, saving us a lot of time. The ability to use it anywhere with just a computer or electronic device makes it very versatile. The only "weakness" I encountered (the option might exist, but I couldn't get it to work) concerns the ability to add multiple recipients to an email without requiring their signature. Currently, it seems that adding a recipient automatically imposes a signature request. Having an option to include recipients in "carbon copy (cc)" or "read-only" without this signature block would make my workflows much simpler (we use the "Dependent on" feature to unlock a second document, those that need to be shared among multiple recipients). I think it's impossible to perform calculations with eZsign. I know that, for example, DocuSign is capable of doing it. This is the only thing this software doesn't do, which is to perform calculations based on entered mathematical data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using eZsign to easily and quickly get contracts signed by multiple people. Electronic signing, which could be difficult for those less accustomed to signing PDFs, is now done quickly in a few minutes with eZsign, eliminating stress and time loss. The first uses weren't obvious, I had to do several attempts of importing PDFs to find the method that works for me. The explanations weren't easily accessible. I love the ease of use of eZsign thanks to its intuitive interface that is not overwhelming, making the electronic signature process enjoyable. The feature where all signatories are already registered is really convenient, especially with the dropdown list that simplifies the process. I use the tool at our disposal a little and it is effective for navigating through all the documents I have already signed. The ability to create templates for similar documents is a plus.
