I like eZsign because it's one of the best prices I can get out there, making it very affordable compared to other competitors like Adobe. As a financial security adviser, I have to do a lot of electronic paperwork, and eZsign has really helped me get it done easily and quickly. It's very user-friendly, allowing me to know where I'm going, what I want to share, and where to put my signature. I would say, mostly the fact that you can't put a date on the signage. So when someone signs, there's the date on the signature, but there's no block of dates that you could put. That's something that I would like to have, just a block where I can put 'this is the date that it was signed and just the date.' And lastly, sometimes some providers that I work with ask for the audit logs. eZsign does put it, but they put it in a separate file when I receive it. I receive the signed document, and then I receive some files on the side. But I would like if they were put together. Adobe Acrobat does this. It would be nice if I could have that. Regarding the signature date, you can actually add a text field with a date format, allowing the signer to select or enter a date directly during the signing process. This can help you capture the specific date information you’re looking for. As for audit logs and having everything combined into a single PDF: eZsign does generate audit trails, but they are provided separately to preserve the integrity of the signed document. Combining multiple documents or audit files into a single PDF after signing would alter the original file and invalidate electronic signatures. For this reason, and to remain compliant with ISO and PAdES standards, the signed document and supporting audit information must remain separate.
