I would say, mostly the fact that you can't put a date on the signage. So when someone signs, there's the date on the signature, but there's no block of dates that you could put. That's something that I would like to have, just a block where I can put 'this is the date that it was signed and just the date.' And lastly, sometimes some providers that I work with ask for the audit logs. eZsign does put it, but they put it in a separate file when I receive it. I receive the signed document, and then I receive some files on the side. But I would like if they were put together. Adobe Acrobat does this. It would be nice if I could have that. I would like eZsign to keep the contracts for a longer period. Currently, it's 6 months and I haven't been able to find out how to extend them, so I don't know if it's possible. Also, it would be nice if the design were a bit more refined. Maybe there are elements that we can customize according to our company's branding for the visual design.
