I use eZsign daily as part of my work as a real estate broker. I realized that I no longer have to travel to my clients for trivial signatures; I can do everything remotely with eZsign. Its use is really very intuitive, which is a real plus. Then, even if it may seem trivial, I really appreciate the night mode for my personal enjoyment. The initial installation also went very well; it was very smooth. Also, I am very likely to recommend eZsign to a friend or colleague; I would give it a rating of 10 on a recommendation scale. Possibly include the addition of multiple fields in a document with a single click. For example, select two people as well as "city of signature" and boom, 2 fields created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This functionality is already available in eZsign.
When adding fields to a document, you can place the first field and then use the "Make a copy for each signatory" option, available in the toolbar at the top right. The system will automatically create the same field for every signer, saving you time and eliminating the need to add each field individually.

Drag & drop PDF files to be signed, add the signature option and send. Very easy to follow. I love that I do receive my signed documents by email, so that I can just drap them into my folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're glad to hear that you find our eSignature solution convenient for managing multiple documents for the same client. We appreciate your feedback Christiane. For legal and security reasons, however, the confirmation sheet cannot be attached to a document after it has been signed. Electronic signatures rely on preserving the integrity of the signed content, and adding files afterward could invalidate the proof of what was actually approved by the signers.
If your goal is to have the proof pages included with the signed document, the Unified Document option can achieve this by incorporating the evidence pages into the final document before it is completed. I dont like that documents expire, or if a change needs to be made to a document that all other documents that were already signed have to be resigned. I have had feedback from clients that it takes a long time to scroll through all the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once a signed document is modified, the original signature can no longer be considered legally tied to the updated content, so re-signing helps ensure compliance and protects all parties involved.
