Sometimes I have to re-enter a signatory’s information if I end up closing that person’s folder too early. Honestly, I don't really have any criticisms about eZsign. If I could express a wish for an option that could be developed: Being able to process multiple employment contracts (for example) and being able to "merge" from an Excel list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the user interface very straightforward and easy to use. For signing, initialing, clicking radio buttons, and checkboxes, everything was very straightforward and easy to understand. I was up and running within a short period of time, maybe half an hour before I was able to send my first document. It's an easy to use, easy to adopt platform that provides all of the same tools. It allows me to get documents signed quickly and efficiently, gives me multiple avenues of contact for clients, and helps me avoid having to meet clients face to face for signing of documents. The only issue I have had so far is the way eZsign templates are set up. The documents I use are partly to blame because the size of my template will change frequently, which results in my signatures being moved to different areas of the document.
